No idea on the customer service to be honest, just had no reason to to contact them. I've been using these products for many years and even as a kid remember it being the go to glue by my Dad. I've used it in its various varieties/forms over the years for both mechanical/electrical materials, and always with success. You know it's going to do the job.

This stuff has been around a long time
I am in my fifty and l remember my dad using it when l was an apprentice
This is more than just a glue
it binds and fixes permanently
I have heard of mechanics fixing metal parts together or using it to hold bolts if the thread is striped

I always keep some of this in the van its great to glue things together with a bit of gap filling aswell. It's good for things that can be left for a while before use

If you need something glued with a bit of a gap then this is my go to twin pack. Keep a pack in the workshop for the odd job. Very strong and sticks multiple materials.

Used araldite a few times. More recently to stick a castor back on a trolley for the shed. Holds very well and sets solid. Good value for money

Used araldite for many years I still think it’s better then two part gorilla glue it’s great for fixing things such as tool handles that have come loose
