Bosch GBH36V-EC 36V Li-ion Compact Brushless SDS Plus Rotary Hammer Drill

If your looking for a good sds that’s going to last you I would recommend this as this is strong and powerful, good for when your drilling small holes all day and even when your drilling through a thick wall it still gets the job done

Really nice drill powerful robust design compact design handles everything I’ve challenged it with ease batteries stand up to the work we’ll definitely don’t regret buying it top class from Bosch.

Great bit of kit. I’ve used this drill for the last six months and have nothing but praise for it. The battery lasts well as it blasts through brick and block.
Not too heavy when being used above head height either.

Best sds cordless I’ve owned lots of power when you need it
I also like the 75% button giving you a nice controlled slow start works really well on uneven brick and stone for precise drilling

A good strong drill for most tasks, flys through brick/block work and surprisingly good battery life Have had issues when using it for extended periods of time drilling into tarmac where the drill will cut out and then stop and start as it likes

Good batter life easy access to change and charge batterys. Good variable speed adjustment

Hi Bought this a while ago and I use it pretty much every day. It's cheap to buy and it's got so much power behind it. I can't recommend it enough.

Amazing. Best SDS I’ve used by far and at half the price of Milwaukee. Eats through stone walls like nothing.

Only issue is no hammer only function, I get it might be overkill for this lightweight 36v and push the wall over but would be a good feature

brilliant sds could be a bit lighter but not to heavy and the batteries last long, has plenty of power and can drill through anything would definitely recommend

Just the job, excellent quality and built to last. Have had mine a while and it certainly has a hard life! Batteries charge quickly and last long - drill is half the weight of my last sds which is great as I do a lot of heights work off of ladders its comfortable to use and has plenty of power - 100% recommended

Hands down, the best brill I've owned. More powerful than my 110v bosch and lasts along time in between charges. If you need to use a hammer drill daily this is the one to get.

Well built SDS from Bosch Professional, had to get one of these for them jobs which had long heights and to be free from wires is nothing but great to know this tool was made existence.

On my second now, originally brought the first as a spare when I sent the big 36v in for repair. It hits harder and faster than the big brother. 2 years drilling up to 35mm holes no bother. Great drill for £250

Bought this a year ago. Amazing but of kit! Goes through absolutely anything and got a great charge on it. Bosch is the best out there in my opinion.

What a drill, the power is just right and with the right drill bits goes through concrete and brick like a knife through butter. The 36v batteries are robust and keep going, had mine now for over 4 years and the only thing that's broke is the charger! The drill itself is easy to handle even one handed up a ladder, the hammer mode and rotary only mode make it versatile for all jobs. Will never change to any other hammer drill after having this one.

Great to use and can be stored away in tool boxes and bags, great to keep in the van. Would even be handy for use at home when needed.

This tools is so good for everything! Iv moved a bathroom around and had to core drill through the walls 4" pipe no problem for the tool. Definitely I must buy

Have used it for installing CCTV & Alarm systems. A great bit of kit. Very powerful and consistent. Battery life is really good and fast charge makes short work too

Great drill currently on my third one only because they have been removed from the van but never let me down I’ve now got 2 18v small drills the 36v and a larger 240v version

It's always been a struggle choosing between Bosch, DeWalt and Milwaukee and clearly price is always an issue! For better or worse, I settled for Bosch and I've never been disappointed.

Eats through bricks like a knife through butter, only downside is the batteries don't last long. I've had one years and its really been put through its paces from drilling and chiselling to coring holes through hard brick walls.

I would strongly recommend this product. Light and easy to use will cope with most I thro at it. Right tool for the job easy to use up a ladder and the chuck attachment is handy too. Good battery life and strong impact

This is a beast, completely replaced my corded sds. It's had 5 years of hammer and still faultless.
Battery life is excellent and all original batteries still work fine.

With this drill you pay what you get. It's brilliant. Still doesn't quite meet the standards of Hilti. But it is brilliant. Cored many a hole out with mine.

Great drill. Even used it to core out 1 1/4 overflow pipe. Didn't even bat an eyelid at it. Ate throw the brick like butter. Worth the money

This cordless sds from Bosch is a great bit of kit. It has all the power you need for a cordless sds but is hassle free with no cables trailing in your wake as you punch through brick, block or concrete. Its great value for money although the 36v batteries can be higher priced than youd expect if buying seperately. This is obviously due to the fact its a 36v battery though. For a decent ah you pay more.

All in all a great bit of gear i have every faith in.

Used the Bosch sds for years in through different factories and found them to be very sturdy and reliaable they ease through concrete floors when bolting down barriers and new model is alot more compact with the same grunt so well wprth purchasing.

Fantastic drill. Cannot fault this model at all. I have had 2 now (1st one was stolen!). I will never go for another make.

Had mine for about 6 years now when you use to get 3 batteries, brilliant bit of kit definitely buy another I have nicked named mine big bertha it's never let me down I can't praise this tool enough

Very light and powerful. Does small core holes also. Great warranty had an issue with the charger failing so called bosch they came to collect them repaired and dropped it at my home at no cost to myself. Great customer service.

Happy with the 36v but compared to the 18v not a massive amount of difference. Fights it's way through tough materials but is quite heavy.

Great powerful drill . Only down side I've I'd was i was using it with the agitator for the Magna clean and twice the chuck bearings snapped . Bosch did replce immediatly so cnt really complain . As for drillng brick and concrete best drill I've had 4ah battery lasts along time

Great SDS drill i use, very reliable wish had a few more in the range! Rugged heavy duty. Use mainly for top fixing and floor track.
Value for money for long term construction work.

I v got 2 of these best sds i v had . Drilling 25mm wholes with ease and the 4 amp batteries last a long time .

Good build quality, reliable, and pretty powerful.
Make sure you get the bigger Ah battery with your drill and a spare!! Goes through walls with a 25,30mm bit no problem.
Quite a big drill to lug around though if your just using for light fixing. There are lighter models on the market that would do those jobs.
