Over complicated and badly made in my opinion, my biggest bug bear with Worcester is that they are always over complicated to work on or service, I know people love them and seem to be the go to boiler for customers

I have fit many of these boilers. Its just a shame they still use plastic inside. You will definitely use the customer service as a customer as they do have their issues later in life.

The Compact Si seems a bit pointless to me. You only gain a tiny bit of space for the extra outlay, and it has marginally lower HW flow rates than the equivalent i model. That said, it is very well made, backed up with great customer service, and if you really need it to be that bit smaller then go for it.
