I have owned one of their analysers previously and I found it a good bit of equipment and easy to navigate and use. The only flaw I found was the costing structure of the annual service and re calibration. Others are far cheaper by comparison

Been using Anton Sprint V for many years, always did what it was designed for, gas sniffer broke after sometime and hadn’t been used that often. Recently sent of our unit for recalibration only to be told that they no longer service our unit. Disappointed to say the least, the unit was expensive at the time and they have had the service work since new. Would have thought they could have told me before I sent the unit in that it’s obsolete.

Looking for replacement

I’ve found Anton’s back up service to be poor. I’ve purchased a few of their products (gas sniffer and water thermometer). Products I found to be decent specification and worked well. Build quality was poor though and they didn’t last. Tried contacting customer support and never heard anything back. I’ve since moved onto another brand for these items.

My sprint pro failed after two years, first repair didn’t solve the issue,so had to return for second repair which solved the issue,a loan analyser was sent to help while in repair.

Ive had an anton analyser for 10 years now and I would never use another brand for my analysers. The Parts are easy to get hold of , replacement filters are reasonably priced and the analyser itself is simple to use

Can’t complain about these analysers, I’ve had the same one for 12 years now! Gets used every day and just keeps on going. Gets calibrated at a reasonable cost. Going to need to replace it soon and will definitely be buying another Anton.

Had a couple antons units now and they did the job. Filter casing snapped a few times and had a few sensor issues which were becoming more frequent. Got fed up in with the evo 3 reliability in the end.

Brilliant items used lots of there stuff cant fault it and not bad priced either would recommend to any to use in both domestic and commersial

I have always used a Anton analyser and I’ve never had a problem. They’re very easy to use and negotiate your way around even if you haven’t used one before, I recommend Anton to all gas engineers.

Always had an anton analyser and have two we use use for the company. Would buy another and not worry about the reliability. Did have an issue a few years ago with servicing but since then no complaints.

Had no issues. Calibration yearly but they will lend you another machine for free.
Comprehensively covers everything. Good strong magnets so can be attached to the appliance. Can be set up to record on its own. Had an original machine for ten years without issue. My sprint V3 going well after three years. Unfortunately they no longer calibrate or repair the older machine so bought another V3
Would strongly recommend.

Now I love my v sprint and have become attached to it. love the accessories
And obviously the brand
Have tried a few others but really it’s a personal choice for me
The only thing that can upset me is re-calibration day. I used to use Plumbcenter aka Wolseley but have had such a drama getting it back and lost me money as I can’t afford to buy a back up
Took 2 months to get it back without an apology and tried charge me extra

Can’t fault my Analyser. It’s still going strong after 8 years. Customer service is quick to respond to any questions I have had over the years.

Very good and reliable product. Easy to understand and use.i really like the the different range of products.it is a bit expensive but it is worth.

Recently moved to anton from testo as testos calibration process is a nightmare. Like the simplicitly of the product and easy to use. Also comes with a great bag which holds all my paperwork and servicing gear

Ive only just started using Anton gas analysers in the last 12 months having used another brand for 20 years. I have to say now I'm getting used to their operation I am leaving towards the Anton Sprint Evo 3 as my preferred analyser. I like the idea you can store combustion test results having never had that option on my current/out going analyser.

Never used anything apart from anton in over 20 years, so can’t really compare with other brands.
I really like anton, as a gas engineer it has everything I need built in. Gas sniffer, temperature differential, tightness tests and the ability to swap between different gasses too, makes it most important tool in my van.

Used one for many many many many many many years. A few issues but overall solid. But if I was to spend my own money it would be a Kane and not a Anton

Product range is good. Only downside is that all flue gas analysers have to be returned to Watford for calibration. We are based in Lancashire and takes around 7-10 days so not ideal.

I have used Anton for many years now , and with plenty of abuse and wear i have to give Anton their due ! No complaints but many Complements

I've had my atone for 5 years now and just gone for a calibration again so it's got another year left at least never had a issue and great item

Stepped away from Anton due to poor customer service. Until they change the analyser to compete with Kane can't see me going back. 3 stars all-day

I currently have an Anton Evo3 and I am very happy with it.
The only downside I have is the length of time it takes for calibration (approx 2 weeks).
The unit itself is brilliant and is simple to use and also has a good app to link to for LGSC's etc. It has been very reliable so far.

Having an anton myself I’ve found they are quite good value for money company to other brands in the market. Good anylzers and easy product to use

Unreliable none of there range compares to the 2000xt. Quality has gone down hill since then. There is a week turnaround on calibration it’s far too long.

My gas analyser is an Anton V1, quite old I know but I had it for over 6 years and at every calibration has the filter change and its good to go for another year. Battery is lasting forever and a day!

Customer service and speed lets these guys down massively, over a week for a calibration is just poor really that with the occasional lack of attention to detail, I’ll move brands next time.

I own several analysers and also several vent check and vent check pro. I find the build quality awful. Analyser always freeze and have to wait for battery to die. Vent check pro arrived and straight out the box had a fault. Anyone customer service was awful just gave me the number for a third party that imports the cheap Chinese rubbish for them and left me to sort out with them. Weren’t interested in helping at all. I also have 2 vent checks that sat side by side give different readings by at least 100ppm. If you like cheap Chinese equipment with no customer service these are the guys for you.

Use my analyser for a few years really find it easy to use only drawback is it’s a long time to be calibrated but apart from that is a smashing bit of kit

Great products and service, bought my Sprint Evo3 kit3 direct from Anton when I qualified and they couldn't do enough to help me choose my analyser and posted it out super fast. Since then I have had my analyser picked up and serviced, again super fast efficient service. Will stick with Anton when I decide to upgrade.

Ive has 3 Anton flue gas analysers in my time and have all been very good, never had any issues with manufacturers servicing, when I’ve had to speak to Anton on the phone there customer care has always been very good, the turn around times are usually about a week, this has never bothered me but others maybe put off by this. The features and functionality has always been very easy and uncomplicated, build quality is very good on the new sprint Pro with a good colour screen. I highly recommend any of there products.

I’ve used Anton analysers for a good 8+ years. I’ll be honest these are the only analysers I’ve ever used so can’t really compare. But what I can say is they have always done the job. Easy to use, clear and un complicated. The only issue I have is now with the new ones is the fact they shut down when they are over due calibration.

I have experienced excellent customer service, their analyser are value for money. And have variety of product at decent prices.

I've used an Anton analyser in a couple of previous employments, while the units are very ready to use I seemed to have a fair amount of issues with both. Luckily not an issue as there was always a spare but had I been self employed then it would have been more of an issue especially as the turn around on calibration or repair was always more then a week. That said I would contemplate using them again in the future

I have the V2 Sprint and has worked a treat. Been back a few times to Anton for calibration and has always been returned inside the estimated time frame. Great customer service never had an issue with them. Very easy to navigate and a robust piece of kit.

I’ve recently purchased a anton flue analyser after 6 months it stopped working.
Returned for fixing though no problem it has a 5 year warranty.
Fobbed off with it’s not covered under warranty so after paying £800 after 6 months it breaks don’t honour there warranty and costs a further £80 to fix do not recommend

Bought a second hand v2 had it calibrated with another company shortly after the o2 sensor died , Anton replaced sensor at no cost to myself even tho it was over 2 years old.
Didn't expect the great service , and fga itself is so easy to use.

Works well but printer is very glitchy sometimes won't work at all no matter what I do. It's due for calibration soon so will send printer back also

I have anyone evo 3 , great bit of kit easy to use . Anton app is a good addition . Only negative is turn around on calabration

Very good analyser but costly out lay plus the annual calibration cost deffinatly ADD UP, but over all good machine

Quite expensive but in they long run, worth it. I have the evo3 Bluetooth version. Usually it all works great but annoyingly you may get no connection and you have to save the log and reboot for it to connect.

Great product, easy to use and operate. Not the ceapest one out there but definitely one of the best.

It was more expensive than others but the quality and the way it worked was worth it. Had a testo before and much rather have the Anton.

We have been using them for years and never have problems with them, we normally deal with someone called Grant and the aftersales is very good!

Only recommendation as per anton upgrade printer batteries to the rd 1300ma hold charge much longer

Have used anton anylyser' for years and have never had an issue really
Have a local anton approved centre now and can turn around calibration in a couple of hours

Brilliant bit of kit. But more importantly the local reps are extremely helpful. Any time you have a question there always willing to help

Used Anton's for a number of years. So many approved test centres. Only issue I had was when I first brought it there was a bit of dust inside the unit causing it to block the pump. Took it to GES down welyn gen city and they sorted it.

I have the sprint evo 2 and much prefer it to my testo analyser. Very easy to use and good quality products.

Simple to use, very robust tool that has never let me down. The printer is very fast and easy to use.

Can't really give them a good rating despite the product not being bad at all. I had a bad experience which really put my off so I switched to Kane and had nothing but good things to say about them.

I have only one product a power flush machine which I had for 5 years and still going strong. Great little piece of kit easy to use and operate. Only negative is the little magnetic filter that comes with the machine. I know longer use this and have adapted my set up incoperating the Adey magneclense filters.

I have evo 2 sprint. Been using for past 6 yeayears and it has never let me down. Comes with caring case with holder strap & rubust rubber cover.

I've got the evo 2 had it one year now, with no problems at all. Very happy with this.
These are defo not the cheapest but I love mine

I have the evo2 in 3 years only let me down once, but this was due to it not coming back from calibration not working apart from that it's been spot on.

Sorry to give such low stars, I had an evo 3 analyser from new but within a year it had 3 new pumps and a new printer, it's not heavily used so I'd personally just put it down to poor build quality.
I've now moved over to Kane, much better back up and service turn around is far quicker
