Not impressed with Ariston at all. Phoned for technical service one day, only to be told there was no one available, as they were all in meetings. How poor is that for a major big company. Boilers are not easy to navigate on the main screen. Overall not good.

Have installed many of of water heaters from Ariston. Customer service is average, product range is good depending on what is needed and how much a customer is willing to spend really. The quality is good, looks smart. Can be awkward in tight spaces but other than that, I always recommend Ariston for water heaters under sinks.

We’ve installed Aristons for years. Mostly the under sink water heaters. They are incredibly bulky, but they do the job well. We installed one at our home too and it works as it should. No leaks or issues. They take a good morning to fit with pipe work and electrics etc.

I have an Ariston system boiler fitted to my own house. The product is second to non. The plumbing company who upgraded my heating system are part of the Ariston installers so they only fitted the Ariston products. The boiler itself is well made and comes with a 12 year warranty. I have had it for 5 years so far and I have only had one fault with it. The condensate pipe had a split in it so it was leaking everywhere. From the moment I contacted Aristons customer department they were extreamy helpful and sent an engineer to investigate. They then carried out the repair under the warranty. I would definitely recommend their boilers.

Very good boilers, well made and easy to install and commission. Innovative controls easy to link up with intelligent stats like nest and hive. Also the customer service is second to none very helpful.
