Our 'go to' boiler. We have been fitting ATAG now for 7 years. Superbly manufactured, fantastic reliability, very good customer service. The warranty is second to none. A great bit of kit.

Very good built boiler, customer service is ok. There accessories are rubbish, the filter starts to leak after two years, and the clocks are absolutely a waste. Had a few issues and had to take out and put another manufacturer's clock.
They need to sort there accessories out and the price is close to Worcesters prices, and because the public haven't heard off them, they rather have a Worcester at that price.

They promised so much.
Delivered on none of them.
We was assured and even promised the warranty was as good if not better than Worcester Bosch. ITS NOT
I have customers with issues with their programmers. Apparently they have the same warranty as the boiler. Now they have problems with them they only have 2 years warranty.
We were promised they would only be sold to us then within a year they were being stocked in our local merchants. They even messed them about so much they go rid of them.
Reps give promises then leave. Or there gotten rid of to save money.
Every boiler has faults and issues but this company cant deliver on time and cant repair warranty call outs in time.

Always liked that customers can't look up the boiler prices to try go the "pay peanuts get monkeys route"
Best warranty best for stopping customers trying to slyly work out prices and haggle down to cowboy prices

I had a. Atag boiler installed 3 years ago 2017, wireless thermostat type . From day one it’s been nothing but trouble . The thermostat as messed about since day one The life time warranty does not cover the thermostat,. Atag staff helpline are unhelpful . The combi boiler over fills it self with water at least twice a year . The water inlet valves both open on their own for no good reason . The thermostat batteries last about 4 weeks and if it loses contact with the boiler it’s a long job to get it to work again . This time the thermostat as stopped working all together . Atag as upgrade version I have to pay £200 for . Do not buy any atag boilers . The are total rubbish and Atag don’t honour their warranty.

Quite possibly the best boiler I have fitted in the 25 years I've been fitting boilers, the quality is top notch, efficiency and flow rate on the Economiser fantastic. 14 year warranty and the next day dispatch direct to you is very reliable and reassuring. Not selling to the public and only to gas safe engineers! Should be the way all the gas boilers are sold and not selling cheap plastic tat in a DIY store to builder to sling in.

I’ve fitted approx. 100 ATAG boilers. The back up service received is always excellent and have had very few problems with all my installs.
The boiler itself is superior build quality in comparison to similar priced boilers. Stainless steel heat exchanger, brass hydraulics.
Servicing, maintenance and repairs are easy due to room and layout within the casing.

Fantastic company, great business model, only selling to GSR engineers and businesses. My own rep Jim Moody is also 1st class and has a real sound knowledge of the boilers and of heating systems in general. Most other reps i’ve dealt with are mainly just sales. The boilers themselves are 1st class, Stainless steel heat exchanger, self cleaning, the most efficient boiler in Europe, even for wiring up or wiring in external controls, well thought out with the installer in mind. Would prefer if the fga and air sample test plugs where a slightly different design, maybe more of a screw on cap idea, but other than that my number one boiler on all my quotes.

Pro’s
The ethos is a brilliant marketing tool, will only sell to selected gas safe registered engineer’s/companies, thus insuring No cowboy/unregistered firm can fit there products. With the added bonus that they prefer the installation company to look after the boiler service history. Great back up from the team, whether over the phone or even a site visit, they’re there to help if needed.
Con’s
In my opinion as they only sell direct I believe they could be a little more competitive on price.
Slightly bigger & heavier than other leading brands of boilers.
Certainly wouldn’t stop me from using them or recommending them.

Very good boilers that are built to a very high standard without compromise.
Economiser combi models have built in Flue Gas Heat Recovery for added economy and hot water flow rates.
Suitable for basic, BUS or Opentherm controls and multi zoned weather compensated systems.
Lack of compact/rear flue Heat only options is the only downside hence 4 stars for the range.

Rather overpriced I would say a 30% price cut is required . I find the flue tends to feel lose and insecure . Price of flue components elbows ect 20% more than the same parts with a Vessman name on ( same flue system ) the plastics the pcb is shrouded in are a wee bit airfix feeling crack rather than bend type of plastic. pcb wiring connections Just don't seem to lock on..and condensate is fiddly ... the rear jigs tend to be a tiny bit out of line . And the idea of having telescopic connections at the bottom of the boiler to the isolation valves is just asking for bother ..all in all fitted 6 but I made less per install as a promotion . Some great ideas but getting a good name on social Media and a minority of voices not happy or going sour . All in all an ok boiler that I may fit again when the minor issues I've raised have been addressed . My final point is I feel that some minor issues get missed on the assembly line before dispatch ,,

When something new comes into our trade, you are naturally cautious! Having worked with Atag now for over 18 months, i have to say they haven't faultered at all.
As they only sell & distribute to Gas Safe registered businesses, they know they have to be at the top of their game & they certainly are.
All deliveries are there well before the time stated and the quality of the product is just simply awesome. Designed by installers and altered very quickly if required when requested by us, the installers. Considering the premium quality of the products, the price is very competitive & the fact that these prices are not shared anywhere really helps with sales & our profit.
I would urge anyone that hasn't tried an Atag to give them a go because with a lifetime warranty on the heat exchanger, they are confident in their product & so far, so am I.......

Good morning all, I understand there is some nonsense being posted across some social media forums so I just wanted to reassure you all that we are growing strongly and actively recruiting. It's unfortunate that we feel the need to respond to this but such is modern life.
Stephen Godward joined the ISC team in January & assists with technical support from the office in Dunfermline.
Tony Rees came on board in February in a new TPM role based in London SW & Central South due to considerable growth.
Andy & Allen have both decided to move on. Jim Moody (former ATAG Selected Partner) is now TPM for Scotland and after completing his induction will be out visiting ASPs next week. Dave Togher will look after Yorkshire as he did previously.
Jason Lewis has got himself a van and has decided now is the time for him to go back on the tools. He will become an ATAG service agent working with Sean Keleher. I'm pleased to say Simon Poskett (current ATAG Selected Partner) of Copper Green will replace Jason in the coming weeks.
Finally Mat Downes leaves us after the Installer 2017 show to take up an exciting new opportunity with Polypipe Underfloor Heating. Mat will be replaced by Ben Rose who is currently working his notice at British Gas.
I would like to thank all the guys for their considerable efforts during their time with ATAG and wish them the very best for the future. At the same time we look forward to welcoming some new faces to the team. As we continue to grow there will be further recruitment later this year & next so if you would like to be kept abreast of any opportunities please feel free to contact Simon or myself direct. Sam, MD.

Same rich dude owns all the companies.

The boiler is decent. Zero issues, if your not network savvy then the flagship control the one controller is a twat on net gear routers.
The comment about pressure has been resolved with the new firmware update on the board and is now less sensitive.
Best thing about them is that the customer can't google the price .

I have been using Atag boilers for nearly 2 years now & have not had an issue with any - over 20 installs. As much as I've been aware of the relationship of the 2 due to FBook posts, it hasn't bothered or affected me in the least because Atag are helping my company profits grow & that's why i run my business.
The fact Atag only supply to selected gas safe installers shouldn't mean that installs will end up being done by Corgi as there is no relationship there to do that. Yes Corgi use Atag boilers on their replacements for customers on homecover bit why wouldn't they if they are owned by the same dude, makes business sense to me....... ✌

I had to call a warranty in on a Combi I fitted in November which keeps going to 118 fault. They sent a subby out from a company 30 miles away who blamed the fault on me saying there's a leak on the system
If they bothered to call me beforehand they would have realised that I've tested the system for leaks already and that was why I booked the warranty call fully expecting an ATAG TPM to attend. Sadly they sent a subby and now the customer thinks I lied to them and won't let me back to check Boiler and won't pay the £500 they owe me
