Not a good boiler at all. They are cheap and you get what you pay for. Not built well at all. Hard to get to parts. PCB is difficult to get to. There technical are good, but they really really like to avoid warranty calls If they can. The old biasi were better build 15 to 20 years ago.

Biasi dolomite towel rails.
Solid bit of kit, appealing style not too over the top and measurements are easy to replace with another when needed.
Good value for money, does the job for a bathroom refurb where money is tight

Worst boiler, will need a lot of persuasion to even entertain BIASI . Not slating them for installation but they fault at a sneeze
Customer service is not good enough for me
