Had used it much yet, so we will see how it goes.
Not sure on the so called special offers as my local screwfix has been cheaper on there normal price.

This is for Matthew for building my website. Nothing was to much trouble no matter how many times I made alterations. I am very pleased with the final result. Can highly recommend

Took advantage of the Black Friday website deal which I thought was a great deal.
I was soon contacted and put in touch with Nina my personal website builder.
At every stage of the process Nina has been brilliant. she understands what a tradesman needs from a website and if I’m honest was totally surprised how professional it looks .
The website is mobile friendly and linked to Facebook and other accounts.
I could not recommend them enough.

Overall, brilliant and happy with the services I use through ET. As with anything theres always room for Improvement, but Adam and the team are always working on that anyway. What ET are providing is definitely something you want to be involved in.

I’m a gas engineer who has just gone out on my own and producing paperwork etc is crucial to my line of work and the expert trade app has covered my every need.

The office have also been brilliant in helping me out with the odd bits I would highly recommend.

I’ve used their Office package for the past year or so & have to say it’s been brilliant. It’s cut the time taken to produce my quotes & invoices massively. The service from the team is excellent, they always respond promptly to any queries. I would definitely recommend them.

Not been with Expert trades that long but I have to say wow!! it’s been so much easier using there system, from quoting to invoicing to ordering materials for work, all the staff are great and so helpful which makes my life easier so thanks to everyone at Expert trades keep up the good work.

Been with Expert trades a little over a year after receiving a free membership with the purchase of a Baxi boiler.
At first I was hesitant as I had not heard of the product but when it’s free it’s worth a shot.
Haven’t looked back since, after initial set up it’s been plain sailing all the way through.
If any small issues have arisen it’s been from me not knowing how the product works or trying to find a way to do something and someone as always been on the group chat to point me in the right direction

Excellent service. So easy and helpful. Makes lightwork of paperwork. More than reasonably priced for the service you get and they’re always there to help when needed.

Use expert trades to setup my website was a really easy process from start to finish. It’s already won me a couple of jobs and looks really professional I would urge anyone to get one made.

I have used expert trades for over a year now an am very happy with the service received, there has been hiccups however that is fine as they have always been sorted out and thats more important. I have a Website built by expert trades and also on my send year of the office package that I use every day. Also won a few competitions they have run which is a bonus.

I dealt with Matthew from start to finish and it was so easy to get it up and running.

Expert trades is great for me as they've created a trade community used to help each other and inspire more trades to do things properly and guidance on how to invest your money via business. I'm still. Using the old app but it is great everything in 1 place just makes it easier to manage, if you need any help click the chat button and you are answered pretty much straight away.

Only just joined and I must say I’m glad to be a part of it. Lots of advice and a really personal approach. Can’t stand checkatrade. The thing I like about Verified is it’s run by the trade for the trade. Of course they will want to make money as they are a business. But I think if they keep it personal and work with traders, then hopefully they will be as big if not bigger than checkatrade. Just don’t lose that connection with the Traders. Love the reviews and the customer service is great and really helpful videos. Hope it goes from strength to strength. Advising all my mates to get on it.

The whole idea is great and I cant really give less then 5 stars for the above points, I emailed the admin last week and got a very detailed reply, it just seems a little bit confusing, especially the competitions. I have no doubt it will all come together in the end and this great project will help thousands of trades get lots of work.

Love what these guys are doing at verified. Free leads sounds like a dream. The app is very good too. Great additional services if needed and can send quotes too!

i started using Expert trades appba few years ago mainly for invoicing. Slowly I started using it for quoting. and certificates too.The team behind it is very helpful and always trying their best to. assist with any questions.

I believe the office package is good, and reflect onto my business to look professional. Website is great and customer care is absolutely spot on!

What can I say it’s so refreshing to see a provider out to help the tradesman rather than make as much as they can from them like the other lead based websites keep up the good work and let’s get expert trades and verified into the public domain and make the general public come there first rather than the other sites

Expert trades is a life saver I use it to create all my invoices,quotes cp12 certificate and it makes my life so much easier not having mountains of paperwork in the van. You can immediately email certificates to customers and it also has a calendar for booking in jobs for the following year wich is absolutely brilliant would highly recommend

Expert Trades have helped us grow as a little business beyond our wildest dreams!
They have such a lot to offer many trades what with courses they run, promotions, competitions, pod casts.
We pay for the app but don’t use it to its full potential due to re development.
We also pay a small monthly fee for the up keep & maintenance of our website.
So a side from that we don’t pay Expert Trades for anything else but get a lot of work from our profile & testimonial write ups! There is no other company out there like Expert Trafes that works with the trades & so much for the trades.
The way they work & operate sure is unique, I like it & find it extremely beneficial for my business.

Adam and the team have made my work life balance so so so much better been able to quote,invoice and issue certificates in a customers house saves me so much time leaving my evenings free to spend with the family.
The community they have built is amazing so much information we all share and the amazing deals they work hard to get us is just a beautiful perk ;)

Been using Expert trades for 6 months or more. Had my logo created by them and really happy with that so got them to redesign and set up my website and because it has run so well that i have now started using the app/office package to do all my paperwork. Highly recommended and really nice people to deal with.

Am still currently on the freeway version hence not 5 stars in everything as I'm not sure if it would be worth the £96 a year, however, from what I've seen of the free version I will be upgrading soon, the office side of it with the invoices seems to be great having used it a couple of times. the information on the site seems to be vast, especially like the tool talk to get other peoples opinion on things. Customer service has so far been good, hopefully it would continue and get better in the paid version.

I was trying my hardest to not change invoiceing system as I was on a free one. After losing my tempa with the last system for the last time. I came over to expert trade. I’m so glad I did. With the options and the exstras on quotes. And looks amazing. Thanks keep up the good work

It’s great to see the development of the office side of the app. Sometimes there are issues and things do not work perfectly but it’s all about how they deal with it. The support is spot on.

Great service always quick response to queries.
App has Gas few little issues of late but seems to be fixed now (Dec 17)
Good value for money have used other gas software and find this the better package.
Would like to see few more options in Gas paperwork for noting faults that are not directly connected to appliances being checked.
Should probably contact guys as they do always listen to feedback.

I stumbled upon expert trades (as it is now) when Adam was first talking about setting it up. Since then it has gone from strength to strength.

Since starting using expert trades I have had a great experience! Supports brilliant, app is very handy, websites brilliant and they get changes sorted almost immediately, they prioritise customer service. The deals are really handy aswell! Well done Adam and team!

Seems like a brilliant set up, only just started using the system the past few days, I've sent a couple of quotes out which look professional and easy to put together. At the mo I'm on the free service but will be upgrading very soon.

The guys at Expert Trades seem brilliant. I only discovered them recently, but I'm glad I did. The app doesn't do everything I need just yet, but I've had positive feedback regarding an enhancement to meet my needs. Tool talk is really useful too alongside discounts and special offers. I don't currently require a website, but wouldn't hesitate to use the guys if I needed a new one.

I have nothing but good things to say about the guys at Expert Trades, customer care is key and they are the best! If I ever ask a question or need any help someone will answer asap, the app has changed my outlook on my work, I have bought an iPad so I can utilise the app even more. Thanks guys

Keeping me informed of progress with regular updates on the look of my site. Changes I asked for were completed promptly and nothing was too much trouble. My site is preforming well and I am getting a steady flow of work from it. I use the app on a daily basis it has reduced the time I spend on paperwork dramatically, it looks more professional than the previous system I was using, the ability to take credit card payments is a great feature which my customers also appreciate. The team work tirelessly to help their customers and always seem to be on hand to help even out of office hours. The app is constantly improving and developing based on the customers needs. I've loved using expert trades. The support I get from them is incredible. Always trying to improve the software and help us guys out. I don't think the app is 100% where it needs to be but it's getting there. And I know the guys listen to what us tradesmen need and add the features.
My website has worked great for me over the last two years getting me some decent jobs in.
Expert trades have brought me closer to manufacturers which is great. It helps me make decisions when purchasing a product.

Great bunch of guys who react to any query promptly and friendly. Great use of invoicing, quoting and payment methods to use.

The whole team at Expert Trades are very helpful, quick to respond at any time (even late evening when a lot of trades do paperwork and invoices etc). They are building a system which will assist trades in the day to day running of their business for diary, invoices, payments etc. I use it daily and wonder how I coped before I had this! They are not just another lead company looking to scam you out your hard earned cash - take a look, thoroughly recommended

Expert trades offer an excellent package to help the small business allowing a sole trader to offer customers a level of professionalism normally associated with larger companies. It's all very simple to set up with the minimum amount of time and easy to use on smartphone as you go along. You can create a 'live' invoice adding to it as you go and present your phone to the customer for card payments which I think is an excellent service. Yes there is small cost but it's marginal compared with time chasing payments.
The support I have had from the team has been great as well.

I have been a member of Expert trades since it's inception and although my business is small and local with most of my work coming from word of mouth or local press adverts I have always found the entire team from the founder Adam and his good lady to the latest recruits on board to be very friendly, very professional, very proactive and full of new ideas platform and customer feedback wise to grow the concept and keep their members happy.
