I call them ferroli Leak, as they are always leaking. They need to sort there boilers out before every installer stops fitting them. They used to be good 20years ago, but just gone down hill. Another company whom likes to avoid warranty calls.

Sorry to say but I agree with all the other comments these boilers are fine when they work but when they go wrong they are a different beast awkward and can be problematic

Terrible boiler landlord put one in and its constantly breaking down takes ages to get any spares and I only live around 20 miles from where they are "made" they have to buy all the spares from abroad.

From my experience they produce terrible boilers, unhelpful tech help and the parts cost a fortune. I don't see many but everyone I do turns into a soul destroying job.
