Panel was installed in end of November 2022 and has already started to blister. This is a defective product, it’s not water damage and was professionally installed. Had it been water damage the reaction of the panel would have been different. Avoid this company’s products. In all my life I’ve never had a wall panel last less that 9 months. Trust me its not worth the risk using this company’s products.

I have fitted multipanel in two showers now. I have to say I really like the product. Really nice end result and easy to to work with. I recommend using the panseal system when installing and doing exactly as per instructions. This will result in an engineered looking finish that is totally water tight. Looks great too. I cannot comment on customer services though as I've had no dealings with them.

"Sales team wasn't accurate with pitch" is being polite! Avoid this company.
Huge hassle to resolve issues. No call backs from management. Had to pay out my own pocket to fix problems because this company don't want to take the slightest responsibility. I know loads if installers who don't use Multipanel due to the way they pooly handle or ignore problems.
Avoid this company.

Used multi panel hydrolock panels on a Doc M accessible shower fit last week for first time. Cuts install time in half compared to butt joints and trims are solid metal profiles, not the cheap plastic on other systems which holds corners true while binding sets. A bit pricier than competition to buy but you make your money back on install time.

I have used on many bathroom installations. Great for shower areas as easy maintenance and no mouldy grout lines. I prefer using the square edge and trims rather than the T and G as you can see the joints. All in all a good product. The click flooring is great as well

Used multipanel on various bathroom refurbishment. Recommended them but worked out around £60-£70 a square meter with trims etc.
I suppose you get what you pay for as the finish is good. The joints are visible on light colours but greys ot drift wood you gwt away with the joint no problem on T&G

Having installed shower panels for many years, bought these as the customer liked the colour compared to my normal supplier. The quality of the product is of a high standard and very easy to install.

I and my customers love this stuff. So quick and easy to install. Does not require the walls to be perfectly skimmed to fit and provides an excellent finished surface that is very easy to clean and keep looking fresh.

When doing bathroom refurbishments and the customer doesn’t want tiling we always recommend multipanel to the customer as the no 1 wall panel to use

These are easy to install and great quality compared to some mdf and plastic stuff. Nothing comes near it. Come in a range of colours and patterns. And comes in toung and grove so no joint strip needed.

Great product to use whether it be the wood backed formica panelling or my now 'go to' panelling, the Mutipanel Economy being that its lighter and more manageable and isn't affected by water breaking the material down as it's a plastic material, the joints go together well unlike some of the cheaper brands and being 2400mm x 1000mm boards , a lot of panelling can be done in one day.

Grant Westfield is my go to wetwall system.
I’ve been using it for years, great product range and have recently partnered with Linda Barker to offer a more bespoke design.
The hydroloc panels provide seamless jointing but can be tricky to get lined up properly.

Really happy with Multipanel, and so are my customers. The quality plywood backing gives confidence for longevity, and the range of colours available is fantastic. I've even got it in the shower in my own home, and after 4 years of twice-daily use it still looks as good as new. Lead times are now much improved so access to the range is easy, and the range of profiles available makes it really easy to create a professional-looking finish.

I’ve used Multipanel (Grant Westfield) several times now, seems a good quality product, multiple designs, sizes, and the option of lock joints.
