I've bought more Sharpies than anything else. You don't get to own a Sharpie, you only get to borrow it for a short while before it will disappear never to be seen again.
Be wary of lending your Sharpie to a plumber, who will never buy one of his own and will simply acquire one anytime he sees it

When it comes to permanent markers I have tried loads of brands, both cheap and expensive. I have found that sharpie is the way to go, its mid range pricing and can get cheaper If you buy a big pack! It will mark on most things and lasts for a long time, it's perfect for all trades!

Every tradesman should carry a sharpie. The ink is indelible and does not bleed. Comes in a variety of colours. Good quality and value for money.

If you are a tradesman then I guarantee you have a sharpie either in your pocket or in your van, no other marker pen like it, and witch such a wide range such as the fine tips to the big paint marker. Would highly recommend to anything that needs to make a mark on any surface

Cannot be without a sharpie as a tradesman, always comes in handy for marking out fixing points or just scribbling customer details down on a bit of wood or old wall tile when on the phone

A great pen these are they will write on anything and with the multiple colours that they do there is always lots of thinking to write on and just spray some ipa on them and it will just come straight off with no problem

Bought a large pack about 2 years ago but am still using the first pen from the pack. They last forever and don't seem to fade or run out of ink. Decent quality pens for a cheap price

A sharpie marker is hard to beat. Pica is the closest to them but it's built better for construction. They don't smudge and are great when new however a single press too hard and the tip is ruined and never the same

I always have a few Sharpies in my tool box, usually for marking cables so I know which is which but also for things like marking walls through screw holes to mark where I need to drill. They can easily be damaged if used on rough surfaces but they’re cheap enough if you buy them in bulk. It’s also handy to have a few colours to hand.
