I've never had a reason to call upon customer service, but the range of ToughBuilt tools I have, or gave seen at shows, is all solidly made and rugged. Good site kit and way better than any DIY similar items.

Recently acquired the electrician clip on toolbelt and has come in very handy holding all my day to day hand tools and seems very robust for the price

I use the toughbuilt pouches, mainly the technicians pouch. As an electrician I find these brilliant, great quality and serves it functiom brilliantly!
The pouch system stands out for me as it has a clip system, this way I carry the tools I need for the job without having to empty my pouches each time.
I have clips mounted inside my van, on my steps, the outside of my tote bag and on the top side of my steps, and my belt. These all make work a lot easier and storage ideal.
I can imagine this would come in handy for any trade that would benefit from using pouches!

I use the Toughbuilt job site tables as my workshop is too small for larger projects. I have a pair of the C700s and they are brilliant, give me the ability to work easily in the garden on anything really big but fold up nice and small for when not in use.
