Vaillant are not our no1 boiler of choice now but cannot fault care and attention from our rep in West midlands, he sorted a serious fault out of warraty twice. Excellent service excellent boilers bit pricey and advanced technically.

I specify Valliant on most of our projects,, can't think of any issues, they perform out of the box, very straightforward to fit and my fitter love them

Good range of boilers,the pure range is a good price point. Two sets of filters,one is smaller if room is tight. Always found customer service excellent for warranty repair or technical help.

Combi Boiler
The Vaillant EcoTEC Pro combi boilers are compact boilers that will not take up too much room on your wall. Its compact design and quiet performance are both purposefully engineered so that it melts into the background and you barely realise that it is there.

Brilliant boilers. Easy to use, easy to diagnose on. Technical are very good and customer services are always on point. Only downside is the pcbs like to fault a lot.

Great boilers, great customer service, easy to install, work on and maintain, happy they got rid of rubber hoses, great course providers, generally one of the best boiler manufacturers. Definitely showing the market how its done

Just started fitting ecofit pure great value for a vaillant, if it could be a little cheaper I would push to customers a bit more but £889+ vat deal is pretty good in fairness never had an issue with the boiler it’s self and very easy to install and set up is ok once you read the manual and get used to the codes

Have a propane gas on demand hot water heater, finding the appropriate jets was easy as was fitting, servicing is a dream, I don't think I will need another boiler in my lifetime or the next ( probably going to be hot enough there)

Good reliable boilers I always recommend never had any problem with them before and the support provided by vaillant is unbeatable compared to some others

Have always recommended this brand for boilers. Whenever I am refitting a house we spec this. Not cheap but always reliable. I’ve had to call them a few times and always received good help. A known household name so the customer feels assured too

These are by far my favourite boiler to install and service and repair. And warranty at the moment are fantastic. I've fitted the Domestic and Commercial boilers and all are built with quality

On the 2 occasions I have called Vaillant an engineer has been out the next day and resolved the issue

Vaillant have become a very expensive brand that are driving both engineers and customers away.
Spoke to them about a boiler part and despite having it int here factory just 10 miles away we had to wait for 5 days lead time while it was shipped into the country form abroad.

The part was 3 times what what expected too. Customer services not willing to help.

Technical side of thing is top notch and always get a diagnostic. Just a shame about the prices.

Have 1 of these on the house nice quality boiler, looks nice bit hidden away in a cupboard works well provides constant heat and hot water simple to use once set up and works well with wiser/hive/nest etc

What a boiler, love how the plate 2 plate sits at the back with plenty of space for hands to work without getting cut due to no room to manoeuvre. The ecotec +

We install these boilers regularly. Vaillant are the boiler brand we recommend to all of our customers. The build quality is great and I have never had an issue when it comes to customer service. They look after their installers and customers.

Vaillant boilers for me are the number 1 boiler for reliability, user operation and are easier to carry out service and maintained work. Customer service and technical helplines have never let me down when needed.

They are one of the more expensive boilers on the market but they are a good quality build and they do last for ages easy to repair and install

I have a valiant boiler 28kw installed by British Gas about 8 years ago but it’s an eco and for my house, at least 32kw should have been the minimum.

My boiler gets serviced every year but my local boiler inspector and he says that they can be a good make, just maybe not this model for the size of the house. I only have 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom but it sometimes struggles to get enough pressure to get it to the bath.

My previous System seemed to work better for pressure and I probably would think that a larger kw boiler may be better but not mine.

Quality boilers, easy to install and repair. Boiler status codes make fault finding easy. Vaillant controls are also easy to use and install.

Great boilers I’ve fitted many of the ecotec pro’s and plus’s they are very good value for money and really easy to work on for engineers. Reliable, well made and good product range :)

With a great range of boilers and controls, will help your carbon footprint without having to lift a finger.

Just fitted my first Vaillant, Ecofit pure 625 with a VR70 and a VRC700. Feels a quality product. The VRC700 takes some setting up which is not very well explained in the manual, so required help from tech guys. They are very good and very helpful. I have been on a couple of training courses at their training centre in Bristol which are good.

I use vaillant boilers for my larger installs. Great boilers that cope with a lot. The displays are great and storing fault codes is a great feature that all boilers should have

Fitted loads and loads of vaillant a over 18 years and yes they have there faults like most boiler but I enjoy working on these easy to repair I have one in my house 9 years old only thing had to do was diverter valve, done few of there courses too in Cambridge really good place proper good set up staff are good loads of information easy to book on course and they offer loads of options!

Really like Vaillant boilers and I think they one of best on the market in my opinion.
Customer service requires improvement but other then that really good brand and great rewards for installers.

A very innovative, forward thinking company to deal with. The installer is at the heart of this and their excellent products are supported by a great team in Belper. I'm not a heating engineer, but do have dealings with Vaillant and use their boiler and ambisense kit in my own home.

Vaillant have always been at the forefront of innovation and quality products and have always been my number one choice for boiler and heating products.

My favourite boiler and will continue to install if the standards are keep high.Eco Tec Plus range are second to none. The boiler operation noise is so quiet my customers can’t believe it’s working.

So far so good. Not had any problems getting vaillant on the phone or having them come out. They do like to see the installer go first when there is an issue though, which is sometimes not practicle.

Best boilers on the market. I have been fitting these boilers for 12 years, great value for money, after sales second to none, option for extending warranty to suit customer requirements a great feature on what I consider the best overall package out there. The new Ecofit Pure is a fantastic product. The only reservation I have is the VSmart controller.

I've been installing Vaillant boilers since 2008 and up until now I've never been called back to one or had to call Vaillant out under warranty. Vaillant are by far the best domestic boilers in the market.

Been fitting these boiler for years love the pro and plus models . The tec line can take some getting throu to and f75 fault is not always down to system water quality . 3x wps sensors in my own system and I know that's spotless and 40% Alfie 2
