Cant really comment on customer service as I have needed it owned the van 4 years never missed a beat

Not the best vehicles on the market as the general build quality isn't great. Your van will probably spend a fair amount of time in a workshop but they have gotten slightly better over time. Would personally rather something anything else.

Got a vivaro 65 plate goes like a dream! The only think I would say is the gearbox is very stiff if you compare it to the likes of a Ford transit, but apart from can’t really complain.

I’ve had a lot of Vauxhall’s in my time as I do prefer the brand to others. However I’ve always seemed to have a lot of issues mostly with ecu’s. I did wonder if I was just unlucky but who knows

I’ve only ever bought one new vehicle in my life and that was 5 years ago when I bought my Vauxhall vivaro sportive!
It’s a truly fantastic van an I can’t fault it!
It’s had very little go wrong with it to be honest!
I still drives smoothly like a car!
It has incredible fuel consumption.
I intend to keep it going for as long as possible as it’s economic with all the mod cons you could ever need!
Stereo is superb and love driving it!
Totally recommend Vauxhall vehicles!!

Vauxhall over the years have turned out some fun and reliable cars but in recent years have really let themselves down with the poor choice of vehicles for younger people and the enormous amount of recalls they’ve had to do. PSA have now taken over Vauxhall you are essentially buying a re-badged Peugeot.

I’ve Got a 2015 vivaro and it’s very comfortable, drives great and it pulls my trailer with ease , I work local so always stop/start so had issues with DPF filter , but that’s diesel for you

We have two vivaros and they’re brilliant, good on fuel, comfortable, plenty of place. Nothing to complain about really. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Love the new generation of vivaros really stylish and fantastic to drive, loads of new features. Many engine options available to suite specific needs.

My 68 plate , long wheel based vivaro van is ideal for me.
I purchased my van seven months ago.
I have had a couple of issues with Arnold Clarke in Stretford, Manchester who sold me my van, that’s why the customer service rate is poor.
The service light came up in October and they still have not booked me in.
I know we are in lockdown but still 4 months is taking the mick.

Love my 17 Plate vivaro, lots of good features for a good price. Nice build quality and excellent fuel economy. A comfortable drive with lots of space in the cab

I have Just picked up a new vivaro Elite it’s a great van and I must say it’s like driving a car.
It also has plenty of toys on board build quality is great hopefully many years of trouble free driving ahead

Love my Vauxhall vivaro 2017, most economical van I've had. Drives like a car, handles like a car and is as comfortable as a car. Plenty space in the back, and in the front

Decent cars for what your pay lacks a bit on quality of German cars , most come with a good entry specification and modern looks, reliability is not the best also your likely too lose value fast if your buying from new

Never used the vans but i have a 13 year old vectra that is simply amazing it has low millage but ive only ever had a few simple problem on what i would call disposable parts. The repairs have allways been at a fair price

I’ve had a few vans over the years, but my 16 plate vivaro sport is by far the best one. 4 years of trouble free motoring.
I will probably upgrade and get another new one next year.

Had seven vivaros never kept them more than two years from new and in that time I have been through several gearboxes and various other faults the final straw came when it fired an injector out and put 80 quids worth of diesel on the main road when I asked the main dealers about the environmental impact they said it wasn’t their problem and to get in touch with Vauxhall ! Also the van was broken into in seconds ( watched all my tools go on CCTV ) finally bit the bullet and bought a VW this was a game changer ! Alarm and deadlocks as standard ! Well worth the extra money

Vauxhall’s are great value for money as they are often the cheapest car/ van on the market and the running costs are hardly anything will definitely buy another

My current car is a vauxhall astra diesel estate. They are a nice drive and cheap to run and repair. There is enough room for my tools and gear as an electrician.

i had a few Vauxhall vans in the past they are a good horse work for what you need for work but if you can put your hand in your pocket i would recommend something a vivrao lovely to drive

Got the vivaro and a car, what you pay resembles what’s you get, customer service is awful. It may just be in this area although Vauxhall’s main office are to you bothered either . If you can afford a bit more buy something else

All my private and work vehicles are Vauxhall. I currently use a Vivaro van and find it excellent. Having been to their production site to see the Vivaro vans being made.

I drive a 2017 short wheel base limited edition vivaro. Lovely van to drive. Very comfortable and plenty gadgets including sat nav and cruise control. I was a bit sceptical about the 1.6 litre engine to begin with but with the bi turbo it pulls great. Been running with the eco button on this week and I’m averaging over 37mpg which I think is pretty good for that size of van. Would recommend

Use a vivaro double cab sportive for work and often for social. Been an excellent van, reliable and build has been excellent. Great and fuel, even though it’s a 1600! It doesn’t lack power, thanks to the dual turbo.
Only issue is that Vauxhall hasn’t been great at customer support? Had a couple of issues when I acquired it and it took an age for them to get back to me!!

Brilliant company, all my vehicles are vauxhall and I'm more than satisfied with them! Top notch won't look elsewhere.
