Hate coming across volkera boilers, I have a few customers that I do a service for, constantly getting blocked sump or condensate bottles, white grit from the heat ex. I clean them thoroughly every year, and still get called to a breakdown about 7 months after with the same issue I clean on a service. Other than that, not too bad. Easy to repair and service. Never install any personally

Boilers are great value for money and when set up properly give very little trouble.
Insurance fix they offer is extremely good value especially on older models that have expensive parts

Good simple boilers but with a higher flow rate than most if you are looking for a combi boiler on a budget and you like your showers these are worth a look as they have great flow rates if you have the flow rate coming into the boiler

Now on my third boiler in 20 years which I’m not sure is such a great thing. I have the vokera warranty on this boiler but was a little surprised at the last service to be told by the engineer if a certain part was replaced again I’d be charged around £150. Not sure what the point of the warranty is

Fitted one of these sorry but not gonna fit another cheap looking cheap product quality defo a budget boiler for just landlord who want a cheap fit .. not for me

In my opinion worst boiler out there, only reason people use these is the price so you can keep the cost down for the customer.
Only fitted three of them and since 2016 I have vowed never again.

New boilers work fine. Boiler are easy for fitters to instal. They are simple, efficient and economical. Parts are cheap and easy to find but personally do not advise to buy.

Vokera boilers are very average. Fitted a few for landlords where the market is very big. Wouldn't personally recommend to fit in a customers house as very cheap made and it shows in the quality.
Cant knock there customer services or the price though

A professional company. Boilers are the same specifications as other brands like Valliant,Worcester but half the price eg vokera vision model have flow of 12l/minutes under £700 bargain

Vokera are a company who know exactly what their market is. The boilers are good quality in the most part and are on the cheaper side of the price bracket. The customer service is outstanding, their training department for engineers is brilliant, and landlords love them.
