Baxi uSense

Only fitted one of these,was ok to fit and fairly easy to set up but feel there’s better stats out there for roughly the same money.
Has a lot of engineer set ups that some other stats don’t have which is a bit better

Great wireless stat and easy installation with a new Baxi boiler, the smart stat controls are user friendly and comply with boiler plus. These stats are preferred choice when installing a Baxi boiler

Fitted my first one of these last week, fitting is quite straight forward but having to run cable is time consuming and an extra cost. Easy enough to set up, however it froze the day after and I had to return to sort the problem. Baxi tech was quite unhelpful and said they didn't know much about them as were made in Holland and some have different software loaded into them. Had to remove it from the backplate in the end and basically reset the whole thing. Had to do this twice now. Not sure I will fit another.

Looks nice , customer liked the ease of it and that can be controlled from device away from home . Will be fitting more
Good price too compared with others

This is a great smart stat looks good feels good easy to use and very easy to install . My customer's found it very easy to use . I would highly recommended this to comply with boiler plus 2018

I’ve fitted two of these and if I’m honest I’m a bit disappointed. Compared with other boiler brands smart stats it just feels a cheep. The two customers I installed them for found them hard to use. Running a cable to it is also a bit annoying a stand with plug would be better. Not fitted any since and won’t be. As much as I love Baxi boilers this accessory isn’t great.

I have only installed 1 of the usence controls and I liked the build quality of the product and the feel to it....but...my customer keeps having problems with the control as it keeps coming on randomly....apparently it's because baxi are updating the software in the control to meet new boiler +

Apart for that I like it although it's not as easy as a nest to use

Easy to install but should have been released as an RF model. Customers seem happy with the operation and control of their heating system.

I have fitted 2 of these and I am really impressed with the way they work and look. Every Baxi I fit from now on will have one of these fitted and I am looking forward to the RF version coming out

I have not fitted one of these myself, but I have had a good play with it at friends job, I was super impressed. I am a gadget man, obsessed by Heating controls, I’m actually looking forward to start offering the 600 range, and that’s only because of this stat and the new ifos. I personally feel that baxi are now playing with the big boys again. I’ve just signed up to start installing them and been booked on a training day, all thanks to the uSense.

Fitted 2 of these now and finding them a great bit of kit.

I aim them at my younger customers. I think this will be my go to clock for boiler plus.

Baxis new Usense thermostat is brilliant,packed with features such as set back and learning tech,open therm compatible easy to use and set up,the only thing it needs that would make it even more flexible is RF from the receiver to the interface

The Usense is easily installed when converting a gravity heat only system to a combi system, being able to use existing wiring is a big help. The unit is as easy to use directly as it is through a smartphone, great features, easy set up and allows the installer to stay logged in to track the boiler performance. Install via OR connections on the baxi 600 for full use of features

Fitted one last week! It's amazing. Customs never stopped smiling at the fact that she can switch her heating on from the arm of her chair!!
