I purchased this sds drill with two 5Ah batteries. Greatly piece of kit. Drills all materials with ease and has a useful chiselling option to remove tiles etc. does all what is asked of it as a plumbers tool. Good runtime and is a nice shape and weight.

I bought this sds drill about 18months ago. Purchased to replace the older model. As with the majority of Dewalt tools I own, this is a fantastic bit of kit.

Plenty of power and oomph. I have not used the hammer only function (not needed to tbh), but the drill and drill & hammer modes are great.

It is not overly noisy for an sds drill. I only use 7mm or 6mm bits in it though for fixing timbers to walls or floors.

I would suggest using with a higher ah battery 5ah or a flexvolt if you have one. The power will keep it running for the majority of the day.

It is well balanced and not to heavy in the hand. For me personally, I do not use the belt clip it came with. I do not really see the need for it.

It came in a tstak case. Standard insert to keep it from bouncing around in the box during transport.

All in all I am over the moon with it.
