DEWALT DCV584L FlexVolt XR Vacuum 14.4-54V Bare Unit
The DEWALT DCV584L FlexVolt XR Vacuum is compatible with 14.4 Volt and 18 Volt XR Li-Ion, as well as 54V FlexVolt battery packs for maximum versatility (runs at 18 Volt Max to increase run time). In addition to this the DCV584L can be operated via mains giving a choice of either corded or cordless use.
The DEWALT Airlock adaptor allows the direct attachment of power tools to the dust extractor. An on board tool storage system grants easy access to additional nozzles and accessories whilst a durable tank design with a large storage capacity means less downtime and more work.
Fitted with an L-Class approved filter that enables both wet and dry vacuuming without the need to change or remove the filter. Additional features include a blower function and a built in ergonomic top located carrying handle for easy transportation.

This wet vac has met all that has been required of it as a plumbers tool. Good runtime with a 6Ah battery and has the option of being plugged in. Great as a wet vac and strong enough for cleaning up dust etc. great purchase in my opinion.

I love mine. It islight weight and handy the 18v and 230v capabilities just elevate it about other more powerful machines.
You have to know the limitations of the product, it is not a replacement for a dedicated vacuum, it is a spot cleaner or an emergency/convenient wet vac.
Small drilling mess or a little light chiselling, a quick cut with a grinder. It is convenient and cord free when you need it most.

Fantastic and handy vac to keep in van. Have only ever used plugged in to the mains and not with a battery which otherwise would be handy. Have used this to clean up mess after a job and also for emergency leaks to clean up water whilst repairing. Very handy blow option, have used the blow once to drain a cylinder by blowing through the top and draining off, speeds up the job!! Only criticism of the vac is that the hose tends to pop out of its moulded end fitting if you stretch out a bit far, have had to replace my hose a couple of times. Also the twist lock feature when removing the hose can get tricky if there's dirt in the port. Have to keep it clean and greased to allow the twist lock to work.
