I now use Fischer setting tools, these are the type that uses a washer on a smooth shaft like a cheap sealant frame. The fischer ises cams and levers for a positive pull. May work on the smaller fixings for a while though.

One of your must have tools for fixing anchor fixings, once I found these I have never gone back. Highly recommend this product. Build quality is great and wouldn't improve a thing.
