Estwing Curved Claw Hammer, Vinyl Grip

Its a hammer, most will last for ever but will show signs of use. This hammer looks almost no different to the day I bought it 3 years ago. I suspect it'll be the same in the next 10.

Best hammers around in my opinion, they last forever, I've used mine for allsorts at work home and in the garden for around 12 years and it's still going strong.

Probably the best hammers on the market and decent trades person should have an estwing in there tool box or on there tool belt Ivehad one of these for many a years and its the best happier I have ever used

Owned my estwing claw hammer for about 18 years so i think its clear to say that its tge only hammer you ever need to buy. Im also going to invest in a estwing clun hammer

These hammers are the only brand I'll ever buy. Ive had mine for over 10 years and its used dailly. The build quality is brillant. If you get one of these youll never need another.

Brilliant quality hammer nice and comfortable when swinging. Brilliant build quality as with all the estwing products. Would only use estwing for all my hammers.

This is an Excellent hammer, my favourite hammer/ brand to use, and a well known brand for its quality. It is very well balanced and great to use.

Been using Estwing since I saved up for it when I was a 2nd yr apprentice. Still have that hammer 22yrs on. Prefer the 24oz long handle straight claw when I got the hang is the curved claw. Great for studding roofing etc. Curved is better for the more detailed work

Really like using this brand of hammers, spot on balance when using. Weight is perfect for all types of joinery and building. Always brings a lot of attention from other trades when using this quality tool. It’s a buy once tool so hopefully it doesn’t go missing.

Will not leave home without it, its so strong and the grip doesnt wear down quick, the shine dulls quiet quickly however alittle tlc and wet and dry brings it back to life, had mine 5 years notbskipped a beat hopefully ill have it all my career

I’ve had this hammer for over 20 years and it’s still as good (better) as day 1. Never tried another brand and don’t think I ever will as I’m sure this one will be passed down. Rare finding tools of this calibre in this day & age.

You can't find a better hammer i have had this since i got my first one over 30 years ago and just got my third one this is the only one for me

What can I say? This is an Estwing!
Build quality is spot on coupled with design and balance this is a hammer for life. I have had two in 42 years of trading the first was nicked. The leather handle version although I prefer the design as it is today.
I also use an Estwing lump hammer again the weight and balance are Bob on.

Everyone that owns an Estwing hammer already knows that they are brilliant. No messing around with one of these and it gets the job done. They are strong, steady and you can get a great swing on them.

Estwing is my favourite hammer I have a 24oz framing hammer and it’s survived being dropped numerous times and in very wet weather and is just as good as the day I bought it I’ve had mine for 5 years and it never fails me

Probably the best general use hammer you can buy for a reasonable price. You can get lighter or heavier versions but this seems to be the size most people go for. I believe estwing offer a lifetime warranty on fair use, which makes it a no brainier!

Wouldn't buy out else!! It just lasts and wears well ! You'll only need to buy 1 in your life time! I've had a lot of hammers in my time and where. I finally bit the bullet I was very please ! 20 oz ripping is my favorite!

Not all hammers are created equal, these things are expensive for a reason. They are always good to use, I've tried a few other brands, but they're a bit hit and miss. Excuse the pun. The thin shaft and waterproof handle are good.

Bought this to replace a wooden handled hammer, could feel the difference straigh away well balanced hammer and more accurate blows even on small pins, well worth the money, I guess you get what you pay for! Quality!.

This hammer is definitely one of the best and most reliable hammer I've had have put mine threw sum stuff situations and no issues at all with it highly recommend certainly worth the money

hade mine for 30 plus years and still going strong no issues at all , very reliable very strong something to leave in your will, i am pretty sure that it will be passed down again

Amazing hammer had mine since I was an apprentice, so it’s over 35 years old, still in perfect condition, cleaned regular with a bit of glass paper to keep head flat and smooth, incredibly strong hammer, for pulling nails. One of the best tools ever bought, at least another 35 years left in it.

Super strong and a comfortable grip with very little vibration. I have had 1 of these for about 16 years and is still going strong after all sorts of abuse. The Estwing unbreakable warrenty is a good selling point. Just keep the invoice and if you do ever manage to break the shaft under normal use Estwing will reppqce free of charge.

Super strong and comfortable. But pricey when it’s just a hammer. Nothing more to say as it’s a common tool. I think everyone knows what’s a hammer and what it can do lol. At the end of the day whatever the price and comfort, they all very similar to each other.
