A good adhesive for the money. The tubes tend to weaken and hold a little while using. Adhesive can skin over quickly so make sure your ready before using. I’ve used this mainly for skirting boards. I still tend to go back to this gripfill when I’m in need of some.

Ive been using it for years, but I had to redo the shiplap ceiling on my conservatory. Originally did it last year and we stapled onto battons. Heat build up caused too much flex and all of it buckled. Took it all down and refixed using small screws and gripfill. Had to work fast as it skinned over quickly in the heat of the room, even with the insulation above it and all doors and windows open. But, its been up again for 6 months and absolutely no issues. Use it properly and it works a treat. Itll hold a lot of weight - very strong.

Standard gripfill if you are using it all the time and quickly then it’s ok.
Very temperature sensitive and it’ll skin over quickly.
The tubes are not really good either they’ll split when the flow seems to be fine from the nozzles.
Over all not something we’ll use unless we’ve no option.
