I've used this adhesive since I fitted my first worktop in my own house near 30 years ago, it hasn't changed since and I still use it when I want a strong hold on a lot of jobs. It isn't a fast method as it takes about 20 minutes before you can put both surfaces together but once it's fitted it will hold and once fully dry will never come off again.
Good to see some old things are still as reliable

This is absolutely brilliant for putting edging tape on usually wud only use it for the worktops but does come in handy for other jobs its a must have in the van like

A very strong bond but it feels like it takes a lot longer to go tacky than in the past, new recipe? Once the 2 treated surfaces meet though it is a really strong bond that fully sets after 24 hours.

Decent contact adhesive, bit of a pin waiting for drying times but it’s well worth it.
Used on worktop edging and if you do the prep work, file edges, with good coverage you’ll have a strong bond that’ll really last.
As with everything follow the instructions and you’ll have no issues.
Not one for you if you are impatient though.
