It’s fairly easy to use if not very nice to use. The sheets don’t sit very well on it and they are too wide by quite a late amount to make uncomfortable to use without trimming them to size.
It’s marginally better than wrapping a bit of sandpaper around a bit of 2x4.

Much better than a piece of scrap wood. Better in the hand and the nails moulded into the gripper slots work a treat. One has to be careful what gets sanded because it reacts poorly to some chemicals. They last a while too if you don't leave them exposed to fluorescent light for a year before you use it. Don't ask how I know. When they're a few years old they can go brittle and the flappy bits crack off.
