Faithfull Underground Warning Tape
Product Information
The Faithfull vivid colour tapes are designed to warn excavation crews of the existence of buried pipes or cables before damage can occur. The tapes are impervious to alkalies, acids and other soil components and are marked with text indicating the hazard type.
These tapes have the following dimensions:

What can I say, it does the job. It is plastic so it will never degrade, another plus point there.
It is tape so I can not really say much about it.
