I'm an electrician and always have one of these in the van! Does exactly what it says on the tin and completely worth the expense over cheap alternatives!

Always have ls x on van . Use it all the time for making tank connections in on cold water tanks , I always use it when making shower tray wastes in and I’ve never had a problem . It’s also great for using it for small little weeps or temp fix until problem can be done correctly .

Great product to keep in the van, will get you out of a tight spot with those annoying little weeps on compression joints. Only downfall is the end of the tube seals after opening. You end up having to pierce holes in the tube each time you use it.

This is one of my go to products when you have that annoying weeping on a joint PTFE and the product on the joint problem solved. I have used it on waste connections with great success as well. Alll round good jointing compound.

Good and bad really, can get you out of a situation if a small leak appears but honestly if it’s more than a very small weep it won’t seal. I like the product but most annoying is that once you open the tube it will start to go hard in the tube

I suspect everyone who works with water or on boilers, has this in the toolbox. gets you out of many a sticky situation, great for setting fittings.

I have used it in the past to seal fittings but found it a bit hit and miss. Changed to other brand, as it goes off quite quick too.
Not a bad price.

Every engineer I know has a tube of this somewhere on his van. Helps with small leaks to TEMPORARILY get things sorted until they can be repaired properly. Used for all sorts of issues. It’s a good product and an even better one when used for its original purpose. Keep one on the van. You won’t regret it.

As others have said it's a must have for the toolbox. Has got me out of a few sticky situations. Not cheap but definitely the best.

One of them things you just having your tool bag - I would recommend wearing gloves when using it as it’s not the easiest to get off your fingers

This is great for using on olives to stop slight weeps. Also great to stop weeps on other stuff too. Always carry some in my bag. Always sets near the cap but not a problem.

Great stuff I always have a tube in my box for emergency’s .......Just remember to wear gloves with it

If you need to seal a little weep on a fitting or boiler part till you can replace it works a treat and you can apply it wet and it sets up in 30 minutes.
