Expensive but worth it, even better is the 2200 router that gets used more. Great for plunging pockets for multipoint locks on doors and windows. Plenty of power for large mould cutters and great precision adjustments for sliding dovetails. All the controls are simple and intuitive with easily changeable bases and guide rings

Super expensive but it’s a great investment. If you can afford the outlay and use it all the time it’s great.
Variable lockable depths, removable hose attachments, suicide blade changes, it’s got what you need and things you didn’t even know you needed.

Superb tool, great value for money for me formy everyday use as I had Dewalt previously and the fact that the festool is lighter and so much more user friendly making my job easier is a winner and worth its weight in gold.
