The Fiskars PowerGear™ Bypass X Pruners are ideal for cutting fresh branches up to 26mm in diameter. The unique PowerGear™ mechanism makes cutting up to 3x easier vs standard mechanisms.
The pruner's handles are made from FiberComp™ to make them extremely lightweight and strong. The blades are made from extra hard, corrosion resistant steel (CrMoV), ensuring that they stay sharper for longer. The non-stick PTFE coating on the upper blade reduces friction and makes cutting and cleaning easier.

Superb inovatove twist and gear handle that moves with your fingers, also increased torque.
A good blade on it. Lasts a long time without sharpening.
Very clever, even got some for the mother.

These pruners are as sharp as the day i bought them. They've occasionally been left outside but if kept well oiled they are fine. They've had a fair bit of use and can cut surprising thick twigs.
