Training Includes:
Introduction to the Genius Hub kit and other smart controls

How Genius Hub controls larger properties
How to install the Genius Hub onto any heating system
Details of the trade discounts and how we support installers through the sales and install process
On completion of training, the installer can add a Genius Hub Pro Installer Accreditation to their Verified profile.

I enjoyed the training and learnt a lot about what the system is capable of doing however I feel that a bit more attention to the installation of the system is needed. Although you are given a wiring diagram for each type of heating system you may come across maybe a hands on assembly of a dummy system would help. The bonus of getting a system as part of the training may cover this however as I am yet to have time to play around with it and see what it can do.

Great teacher, very real life day to day, very technically informative and great overall product overview. The lead up to the training was very straightforward and the training is of great value. There is a great range of products that are simple to install.

The communication from start to finish was excellent from time and date to parking and directions to the location was communicated to us on several occasions and on different platforms so there was no chance of making mistakes about the time and venue. The training was conducted on an almost one to one basis due to the quality of the delivery of knowledge from our instructor - top class. Genius Hub looks to have found a space in the heating controller market and should live up to expectations. Keep the training free like other manufacturers - this is a very important way to get installers to have confidence in the product.

I was kept informed of times and dates with plenty of communication from the Expert Trades team. They also even recommended a hotel just across the road from the office. The training was delivered in a clear and concise manner, and there was free food - always a winner! The products seem better than competitors. I'm tight so I like that it was free!

Expert Trades were extremely helpful and kept me up to date with any developments before the training day. Excellent quality training from someone who had experience in the installation field. The training details given were accurate, when I used the Expert Trades app to verify my questions - boom! I got the attention. Friendly service that's always a winner. I enjoyed the day training as we had product displays, question and answer time, some strategic placement of plug in signal boosters. However, I would like to see a more hands on approach such as a big display board with the ability for trainees to "wire up" on and test. It all sounds very impressive, and such a wide scope of applications that are so much better than the Nest. Please make it just look better than Nest and then it will get a full five stars from everyone I'm sure! I never really feel fully satisfied if I have not had the ability to "get my hands dirty." I personally needed to have a wiring board in the class and hook everything up; it would be much more intuitive, even if it is only plug and play stuff. You just can't beat hands on experience - it's a confidence builder!

Instructor was very knowledgable but would recommend some videos of the product being installed. Genius Hub focus on being good at doing one thing and are very simple to use. There was a bit of a lack of communication leading up to the training as I had to chase it up. I got the day free and I wouldn't want to pay for the training just because of losing a day's money.

I knew everything I needed to know before the training commenced. The gentleman leading the course was very knowledgable, any questions asked were answered thoroughly without hesitation. The product looks spot on - easy to install and use. Free food which is always a bonus in my eyes!
