IDEAL 171855 S TRAP CONNECTOR HOSE KIT ISAR/ICOS SYST
Product Information: This part is located within the condensate trap section. The condensate trap captures the discharge which builds up in the primary heating/cooling system. This is caused by the alterations in the pressure and temperature within those systems. A discharge pipe attached to the condensate trap then allows any held water passage out of the property. The water contained within the condensate trap can contain mild levels of acid due to carbon dioxide created by the boiler combustion dissolving in the water. That is why discharge pipes are made of plastic and not metal.
This part is present in 4 different boilers in the Ideal range including the Ideal ESPRIT 2 24 , ESPRIT 2 30 , ESPRIT 2 35 , ISAR HE 24 .
