Best accredited installer programme around in my opinion. Ideal have great installer relations and always help out fast when needed (only had 1 problem on the phone app) lots of options for purchases when your boiler points build up. Great service all round.

Installer connect makesregistering and notifying boilers very easy. And only takes a few minuets. I have inquired twice about becoming an accredited installer but as my area of London doesn’t have a rep at the moment the told me to contact the next nearest one. He didn’t seem to interested as I wasn’t on his patch.

Mid range boiler, great rewards from club, shame they have changed it all now to premier club! Who wants to go on holiday with a bunch of strangers?

I have installed ideal boilers for nearly ten years with very few issues. The couple of times I have had to call them out under warranty they have been prompt and issues resolved. There product range covers many customers budgets from high to low with good simple to use controls with open therm compatibility if using 3rd party controls.

Really simple to use on both the app and the website. It makes registering boilers quick and simple and the fact that the gas safe bit gets paid is great. The rewards are also nice.

Find the installer connect really easy to use. Installed the app on my phone and can have the warranty registered in a couple of minutes as well as a service reminder for the customer set up. The additional features of installer points is also a bonus allowing you to build them up and spend them on something a bit different.

Great boiler build and simple controls for the user. Superb ease to work on when servicing and stripping down. The installer connect app is also an great way to finish off the install by registering quickly. My only negative about ideal is that of late their call out time for any repairs can be a few days, which from a customers perspective is not always suitable.

This is a great and easy way to finish off the job and get the paper work side sorted. With extra benefits as well it's good that you get something back in the for of loyalty points. Had a few issues with the app but I think that's all sorted now, room for improvement but overall great free app

Ideal boilers have come a long way since the dark days of the ideal isar and icos boilers build quality excellent very reliable very easy to use ideal connect scheme is brilliant just a shame that you have to fit there own filter for warranty I always use magnaclean pro 2 but very pleased overall.

The quality of ideal boiler are very good.
They ar very easy to use especially when customers sometimes can find it difficult when it comes to controls and boilers.
The new ranges of ideals are much better user interface.
For the price we pay it's good value for money

Had few items from this paid for new baby car seat with vouchers but now other half wants the vouchers so told her I fit a boiler with no vouchers

Great concept, good rewards and the self registration with gas safe and the service reminder is extremely helpful.

Ideals installer connect is really good. Easy to use and great for rewards. I just feel ideal could do more to back up installers. I had a boiler go down and felt really let down by the back up service

Installer connect itself is a great tool. However the app is still full of glitches that never appear to get rectified.
The main website is good though and makes registering boilers etc very easy. At over £8000 in points this year I'm more than happy with it!
