I really like these, I will be honest and say I have a few of the Stanley ones, I really do prefer these, good design and easy to use, vaule for money, I rate these 5 star

Great for clamping things down and so easy to use and completely comfortable in the hand not had any problems at all with these clamps only for small projects but still work a treat

How did we manage without these things ? The time I have wasted screwing up heavy G-clamps in awkward places to little effect, and then unscrewing them again, usually losing some skin in the process. One at either end of the Workmate holds a board in place for sawing leaving two hands to control the saw. One placed over the start of the cut (after sawing past that point) stops the cut-off part breaking off too early. They're pretty nifty for holding stuff together while being glued and/or drilled too, with nice end pieces which spread the load and leave no marks.

If you do carpentry, a single pair probably won't be enough. You'll soon wish you had more.

Great things and especially with the reversible jaws for spreading its already come in handy for my mate the kitchen fitter to push the base units over a bit.
Quick action and a firm grip and so easy to change the jaw direction.
I bought these more for my hobbies and diy but I think one set will live in the van the other set in the shed.

These are a brilliant addition to the van. So quick and easy to use and grab hold of whatever your working with really well. No complaints at all really good bit of kit

Great clamps, dont give away like I found others did. I used them when fitting a kitchen and where brilliant, two held an end panel in the air with ease

Excellent product and 100% worth the money, they are very easy to use even in one hand and give a really tight grip. Easy to release with on push of the release button.

Not great when dropped. Cracked a few of the clamp holders. But well protected they’ll last really well.

Very good everyday set of quick release clamps, they have a decent clamping force and these clamps also have a quick change reversible head for separating and spreading items.

This set of clamps are a must have, they are so easy to use, can go one handed and not have any problems. With these clamps coming in an array of different sizes, there is a size for any job. With a quick release trigger you can remove the clamp easily, and with a soft surface on the faces of the clamp they do not mark your surface you apply them to. All in all great clamps to have an would recommend to anyone.

Use these everyday and they are the most easy to use clamps one handed have 6 of them and they are as solid as they say I bought them. Don’t cost a lot but warrant there moneys worth

It is what it is a good every day clamp that does what it says. They hold up better then cheaper clamps which always seem to slacken off a couple of mm when the trigger is squeezed too tight but these are fine for most applications.

They are relatively cheap and usually on offer at Screwfix. Have a set of varying sizes in my workshop and always keep a couple in my tool bag as they come in handy when out and about.

Good general clamps that are built well and do what they say. love the heavy duty ones for most of our work. Last well and take a good beating. Always look out for them on a deal.

I have used them on steel, not great but perfunctory. They don't grip as well as a carver, obviously. For their intended job though, absolutely bang on. They come close to Bessey in quality and are the best DIY clamps I've found.

Great clamps that are built to last. I have a few pairs of these in different sizes that cover most of my day to day needs. Large clamping / spreading faces reduce the chance of marking the surface of the material. They are really strong and you can supply a supprising amount of force with them when required. Top marks to Irwin for a fab product.

Good little clamps, always handy to have when working on your own and need to hold something in place, so that you can mark or cut with out it moving around.

Great wee clamp to have about the tool box always is used on my end cudnt go without it love the way the trigger on it realises the clamp for fast and easy clamp

Very handy tool at times, option of different sizes is good too, can be used for clamping or spreading, can be a bit fiddly at times, little over priced at times

I bought these from tool talk when they were on offer I'm glad I did , they are a brilliant set of clamps sturdy build quality and really easy to use even one handed and very good grip strength holds C24 8x2s in place with no problem at all

They can be used to clamp and to expand, very handy clamps to keep in the van and good build quality. You may be surprised with the squeeze force when trying to straighten timbers, I was!

Best clamps ever used. Easy to clamp up and easy to loosen. I don't think there a bad price either. Used cheaper brand and there not as robust

I got these through tool talk on a deal. I’ve used quick grips before but never this size. Easy to use and helped when I was building a fence to hold the boards in place while squaring it up. One handed operation and sturdy.
Only complaint I have is it’s a bit too big for my dewalt tstak boxes but that’s my issue to deal with.

Outstanding clamps. I’ve no reason to doubt the claimed clamping force. I’m 85kg and I was able to do a pull up on one clamped to a beam. They clamp quickly and release just as easily. The clamping foot is flexible and is useful when surfaces are not parallel. Also flips round easily to use for spreading. Recommended.
