The Ledlenser W5R is a nifty little inspection light, really glad I got my hands on it and probably wont be using any other torches from now on. Comes with a couple of features worth sharing. It's got a magnetic folding hook, which is good for working on distribution boards which is where I do a lot of my work. Obviously with boards being metal, it sticks on it and you can use it at various different angles which is great, i can still see clearly whilst not needing to hold on to a torch. Comes with three functions, more than just your basic bod standard torch. You've got a spotlight, flood light and then another inspection type light, more of a classic torch style light. It's also got a ribbed handle here for anti-slip purposes which I hope I don’t need but you never know, even if i did drop it though I think it would handle it, its very robust.. Overall, it's a good little work light and i’d definitely recommend it. It's rechargeable which I like. USB-C charger so you don’t need to replace batterys or anything and you can find those cables anywhere, and on the back there is a little charging indicator so you can see how well charge the light is, it wont die on you before telling you the battery is low. I've only used it for about a week now, but my first thought its brilliant. I've not had to charge it since I got it and I've used it for about four or five hours total, its still going strong today. So a good work light, would recommend it to any over trade.

The W5R is ever so bright, much brighter than I expected when I saw the size of it, a really, really good torch. You've got two settings on one side, the spotlight and the floodlight, and then you've also got the torch setting as well. Really brilliant inspection light, much more bang for your buck than youd get with other torches.. There's also a hook that folds out of the back of this one, obviously to hang on to whatever you need to, which ive found handy in the van when i’m looking about for bits and pieces. And also there's a magnet on one of the sides. So if you're working in an area where you need a light, you can whack it on a pipe or something and it’ll stay there all well and good and you can continue with whatever you were doing. It's also rechargeable, so it's got a rechargeable battery, so it's not going to be replacing batteries every couple of days which I have to say is what I look for most in a torch, besides the brightness as I hate having to keep dozens of different battery types around, forgetting which ones are for what. It also charges up very quickly so if i forget to charge it, i’m not waiting too long for it to work. I’ve been working with it for sometime now and it's been a decent little torch, don’t see myself trading this out anytime soon. Its really nice and lightweight so it fits in your pocket and makes it easy to carry around, great for if you need to be crouching quite a bit as its not annoying in your pocket, you can forget its there. Can't recommend it enough.
