Packaged in a quite nice looking box, so its kept safe when delivered. It's a nice size light but feels comfortable in the hand. The hook is made well, doesn’t look all that breakable. So when you've got a place where you need to hang your light, this will work well. the lens turns out and then can turn all the way around so that when you've got it on your hook, you can aim it in any direction. The light is really powerful, illumnates the room perfectly. Its also magnetic which is great if youve got nothing to hang it on. I was shocked at first at first at how bright it was and then it went even brighter than that. You can also choose to have the LED light or the torch on the end, which is quite good. The beauty of this is if you're standing it up or hanging it up, you can angle the light pretty well, wherever you're going to need it, which is good. Its also very versatile. Its really good in cupboard spaces and places that are hard to get things to hang up with the magnetic on it as well. Be great for boilers. I'm quite impressed with it. It tells you on the box how long it will last on certain settings, which is handy, Ill probably mostly use the low power setting which lasts 10 hours. And with the USB lead you can plug it in and charge it up pretty quickly afterwards as well. Comes with aseven year warranty as well, which is really good. It's going to light up most places that you need to be in. If it's dark, it's going to light it up and do the job.

It's quite a nice torch, light and compact. It is very functional, has two lights on it which is more than what you get with most torches. You've got the flood light on one bit, and then you've got the spotlight on another which is good to have both as sometimes you need light in wider spaces, sometimes you just need it focused on one spot. Floodlight does have two settings, one dimmer one, and then a slightly brighter one but both are very powerful, and then you've got the spot on the front. I find it quite bright, perfect for everything I’d need it for. Its very easy to use, its all controlled with one button so you dont need to get used to loads of controls.. Does have a magnet as well so it sticks to the boilers that I use and I can work handsfree, and then I can spin the light all the way around to whatever angle I want. Also, has a handy little hook that you hook it onto things if you need to, I tend to not use the hook as I have no real need to. All in all, great torch charge, lasts for as long as I need to before I need to charge it. Charges via USB-C and charges very quickly which is great. And you also have a little indicator near the power button that tells you how much power you've got left in the torch which is great cause sometimes torches dont actually have a battery indivator and your halfway through a job before it dies and youre left with nothing. All in all, great torch. Would strongly recommend to any plumber.

Hiya, Mark from Vita Plumbers in Hertfordshire. I'm just going to give you a little review on this Ledlenser W6R Work. It's quite a nice torch, light. Seems very functional, has two lights on it. You've got the flood light here, and then you've got the spotlight here. Floodlight does have two settings, one, and then a slightly brighter one, and then you've got the spot on the front here. I find it quite bright. Very easy to use. Does have a magnet on here as well, it'll stick to the boilers that I use, and then I can spin the light all the way around to whatever angle I want. Also, has a handy little hook that you hook it onto. All in all, great torch charge. Charges via USBC. And you also have a little indicator near the power button that tells you how much power you've got left in the torch. Also, what I found is, once you've got your torch on, you don't have to cycle all the way through to turn it off. You can just turn it once and it will turn off. All in all, great torch, Ledlenser W6R Work.
Hi guys. It's Antony Lewis of Al Plumbing&Heating Tool Talk have asked me to have a little look at the Ledlenser W6R work light, which is quite a nice looking box, so we'll see what's inside it. Information on the outside, it is telling me it's a flood light, it's a spotlight. It's got a hook on the bottom and it's also got a magnetic base, a powered indicator. So it's telling you how much power is in your unit. It's also telling me it's the micro USB charging point. So let's get it open and have a look. Okay, so we've got the charging lead, the torch, some instructions. We never look at the instructions, do we? Unless it doesn't work right.
I won a voucher for some money off your next purchase of a Ledlenser, right? So here's the torch. It's a nice size light, but feels comfortable in the hand. That's really good. The hook. Yeah, that's going to be good. So when you've got a place where you need to hang your light. So let's have a look. Oh, okay. So the lens turns out and then can turn all the way around so that when you've got it on your hook, it's holding nicely like that. And you can see the light.
This is good. I like this. So yeah, magnetic. The power point is at the back. Little rubber grommet, take it so you can see that's where you plug it into charge. And when we turn the power on, you can see it gives you a power of indication as to what you've got. And then, ooh, that's quite bright. Okay, so, okay, so that's quite bright. Oh, so it goes even brighter than that. And then you've got the torch on the end. Yep. Torch on the end, which yeah, it's quite good. So the beauty of this is if you're standing it up or hanging it up, you can angle the light pretty well, whatever you're going to need it, which is good. Yeah, very versatile. That is, that's going to be really good in cupboard spaces and places that are hard to get things to hang up with the magnetic on it as well. Be great for boilers. So yeah, I'm quite impressed with that. We'll need to hang. We'll try it in a dark place and see how bright it is.
Okay here we are in the dark. Let's see what happens when we put the light up. Okay, so that's not the brightest, that's the ordinary, the half power, and then that's the full power. That's really good. That's giving plenty of light to wherever you want to go. Very good. Yeah, I like that. And what's it like on the torch for direct? When you want to shine directly into a particular place, you can see what's going on with that. That's good.
The hook. That hanging it on the hook is good. And as I say, because you could move the light around, that's really good. I'm really impressed. I like that a lot. It says that the light lasts.
I think it's, let me just have a look on the side of the box. See what it's saying to us about how long the light lasts at the different levels. So it's saying along here that at the smaller amount it can last up to 10 hours, 10 hours on the spotlight, six hours on the lesser powered light, and two hours on the maximum light. That's not bad. You get most things done in two hours. And with the USB lead then I'm sure you can plug it in and charge it up pretty quickly afterwards as well. So yeah, seven year warranty one as well, which is really good. Right guys, I'm going to see if I can show you a better, the way this works when it's hanging and when it's on the magnetic to see how versatile the light actually is. So I'm in a room, which I'm just going to turn the light off now. And let's see, I've hung the light on a curtain pole'
That's it on half power, as you can see it lights up the room. Okay. Not brilliant, but okay. But when you put it onto full power, then yeah, that gives you plenty of light in a big room like this. So that's really good. I'm impressed with that. That's it on the hook.Done.
See if we, no, so now let's try the magnet. Oh yeah, that goes on with a nice clang
So turn that round. That gives good. Solid. That's good
You got plenty of scope to turn that around. Whichever way you want to go. Oops. Pushing a bit too hard on the magnet. Yeah, it's good. And then the spotlight. Yeah, it's good. Gets you into the nooks and crannies that you want to. And a good strong light on that.
Yeah, all in all, a really good light, nice and bright light. Plenty of options for hanging it. Good options. I mean, the lesser light is still really good to be fair. It's going to light up most places that you need to be in. If it's dark, it's going to light it up and do the job. And if you need that extra bit of light, it's going to reduce the length of time you can run it for. But good, good, good torch. Very good torch. Thanks. Tool Talk for me. It's a thumbs up. Great tool.
