Sadly not impressed with these all that much. Needed for a half dozen cores on the one job but they took a lot of wear. Much more than expected.
The design isn’t super easy to clear the debris from. Especially with dusty brick. Jams up easily.

Use core for boiler flies,a lot of properties are sandstone with 800cm thick sandstone….core drill went through them with ease,time saved and my core drill was happy to :)

A brilliant core bit just completed a site with 22 houses each needing at least 3 117mm holes cut in each one used the same bit for the whole site so whereas they might be slightly more expensive than some makes the quality more than makes up for it

Great bit of kit, eats through walls like nothing else ive used to date. Has no slits for ventilation but this allows a dust extractor to be used. I use a 117mm for extractor fan holes and this is a known favourite among electricians
