Very useful to keep a couple of sets on the van. The jar has 3 sizes 80/100/120cm that all have between 20 and 40cm safe stretch in them. I have had a couple of the 100's snap after little use so only 2 stars for build quality. There are large hooks one each end but they can get bent too.
