I am a big Milwaukee fan but I dont rate this tool unfortunately. I had three go faulty score I gave up on it, its size is helpful but it is unreliable if using for anything heavy duty.

A decent multitool and very lightweight but as its 12v can only be used lightly. I was using this tool cutting out boxes through plasterboard and double ply and it jammed and cut out far too much. I also found it vibrates more than the 18v.
If being used for light work Id recommend its a good price and works well when used more lightly. But for anything rough or heavy use Id recommend the 18v
