Recently got one and has been really good so far.
Longevity is always an issue with a burn mat but better than than the building getting burned.
It’s already dark so should keep it new and clean looking a bit longer than normal.

I’ve only had this about 6 months but so far so could one the best mats I’ve had the only thing I would say is what you can’t see from this photo is it’s slightly padded so not the best one in very tight spots but the other flat one monument make is also brilliant I would recommend both
