Monument Olive Cutting Tools

I’ve got both 15 and 22 of these very handy bit of kit only thing would say negative is some times it can leave a Nick on the pipe however it’s not been and issue, these one those thing definitely required in your tool bag

Expensive foe what they are but do the job just make sure you put on straight as they will nic the pipe you don’t need to use much pressure to cut they cut amazing

Best olive cutter on the market in my eyes perfect for me when i am changing rad valves. Bit pricey for what they do but they sure pay for themselves on time saved

These are such a great bit of kit easy to use and a life save before I had these it was chore to remove the olive to these are probably the most useful tool in my tool bag

Very well made and do the job very well shame there a bit pricey but for the convenience they worth it good in tight spaces just keep them oiled up

Great product, great on copper olives find they struggle a little on brass, leaves pipe undamaged use them mainly when replacing trvs and lock shields

Great little olive remover, use these main doing any pipework, changing valves and nuts etc. Not had an olive it hasn't worked on yet, well built and reliable.

As the same with the 15mm cutter it is an invaluable tool bit on the pricey side but I suppose you get what you pay for use them all the time

I would say these are one of the best purchases I have recently made clean cut without damaging the pipe really good tool cannot recommend enough.

Nice and easy to use. No mess to fuss. Didn’t mar the pipe at all. Just slide it over and snip it off.
Much easier than the olive puller and so far I’ve not had an instance I couldn’t use it in.

Quick and easy to use when removing olives. I was using them a few days ago when another plumber saw them. He had just spent ages trying to hacksaw an olive off. Next time I saw him, he was keen to show me his shiny new olive cutter

Great piece of kit for removing olives when changing TRVs and radiator valves, first pair lasted about two years with quite a bit of use, on my third pair now.

Really handy use regularly. Gets you out of trouble when space is an issue to remove existing olives. Price wise can seem expensive but worth every penny.

Why did I wait so long to buy a set of these? The hefty price tag is definitely worth it and you will ask yourself why you didn’t buy a set sooner.

Surely we all have to have a selection of these in the van! Had them forever and they still do the job. I just have to give them a clean up every now and then and back to normal

Nice tool for removing olives quickly. Slightly expensive but a good go to tool for when you can’t get a hacksaw in! Wouldn’t be without one in my tool bag.

Apprentice bought one of these as he seems to love a novelty. I was quite impressed but can still spin an olive off or simply use a hacksaw if needed. A nice tool for quick removal.

This tool is a god send. Easy to use and gets the olive off real quick. Only downside is when the blades go blunt you have to buy a new set. Saying that they got me out of the hole a few times so would definitely recommend.

One of the best tools in my tool bag. I was lucky enough to win a pair on a Competion as I didn’t think I could justify the expense how worn was i.

Great tool for cutting olives, they last ages and a quick way to get the job done. Very simple to use, simple place the tool over the olive and squeeze.

fantastic tool. makes removing olives a breeze, they don't last forever, but i wouldn't be without them or the 22mm set. i think mine are about 3 years old and still working

Great tool easy to use comes in very handy when you can’t replace or cut the existing pipe just a couple of seconds and your done, well made as always!

I have had the 15mm ones for some time to see what they were like and had a good response when using. If incorrectly or misalignment of the tool can clip the pipe so not rushing is the answer. Have now bought the 22mm ones which really I maybe of been a bit over zealous as they are very pricey.
Still foes the job though.

I love these olive splitters they are a bit pricey, but so handy when you need them great bit of kit for the tool box also had them for years and still going strong.

Love these. Makes changing rad valves so much easier. Can nip the pipe if not lined up properly with the olive but that's down to user error. Must have tool for any plumber

Forget olive pullers. These olive splitters are brilliant in both 15mm and 22mm. Well designed and I’ve had mine for quite a number of years now. Well worth the money and a great piece of time saving kit when on the job.

Monument tools designed for plumbers and heating engineers so do what they are designed for absolute great piece of kit would not be without it now I’ve got one will be Acquiring the 22 mm version

absolutely amazing tool, olives come straight off in seconds. I bought the 15mm and bought the 22mm very quickly after. I hate it when I cant find this tool as makes life so much easier

Really good tool. Works well 1st time every time No no damage caused to the pipe. Fast use in emergency wet repairs and easy to clean.

Having used theses Oliver cutters for many years. I think these are best ones out there at the moment. So easy to use and cuts the olive first time every time

Had these over a year same as 15mm love them makes removing olives so easy don’t mark the pipe that bad either I couldn’t recommend these enough always in the tool bag! I may even get spare pair

I’ve had mine for years - it’s one of them tools that always gets used - so easy to use if you haven’t got them get them in your tool bag you will be surprised how much you use them

Brilliant idea, how ever at the hefty price tag I’ve only ever purchased the 15’mm one and can’t find reason to get the others but it works well and is worth it.

Bought this because I was sick of manually splitting olives with a hacksaw blade and screwdriver, so pleased that I did, makes valve changes much quicker!

Brilliant easy to use hand tool.
I use to struggle with a hacksaw and/or grips trying to get off the old olive, but this just slices straight through.
Only thing is to not be too violent squeezing as it can leave a slight nick in the pipe which could be a potential leak point.

I was so impressed with the 15mm version that I purchased another set of 15 and a set of 22 aswell. These are still very new to me, I have probably cut only 6 olives off, this wa when I changed a mid position valve over on 2 separate occasions. Anyway great tool.

I have both versions the older one with red handles and this new version, great tool removes olives with ease it is best to get both 15mm and 22mm to get the real benefit.

A luxury tool that I wouldn't be without. Beats using a hacksaw and makes changing radiator valves so much easier!

What a brilliant tool and couldn't be without my olive cutter. Makes the removal of olives so easy without any damage or distortion to the pipe work. It's the best quality olive cutter I've come across in years.

After struggling for years with a set of grips or pump pliers & damaging the pipe underneath.....

I never thought I would use this with all the tricks on knocking olives off , but since I’ve had them I’ve lost count on how many times it’s come in and saved me loads of time working with old existing and overtightened olives

great tool been using my good friends for the last week and will be getting my own when he demands his back makes life so easy when changing old radiator valves for new trvs and not wanting to leave old nuts on definitely on my xmas list

I always have these olive splitters in my toolbox. Will always get you out of trouble trying to get those pesky stuck on olives off ! Just remember to have a file ready to smooth any nicks. Great product.

Easiest way to get an old olive off the pipe. No forcing the pipe or anything. By far best olive remover out there I think. Easy enough to fit in the tool bag and doesn't take any space up. Perfect tool

This is pretty much as good as it’s ever going to get in regards to an olive cutter, every plumber, Heating engineer, gas man and granny needs one of these as standard, I carry the 15mm set in my every day tool bag. Great bit of kit.

I've owned a pair of these olive cutters for years , they are of great build quality , they're easy to use , and good features of being very slim for those tight spaces they are excellent value and a essential tool in a plumbers tool kit

A must have for cutting rings off rad valve up pipe when replacing the complete valve. Amazing how something like this can speed up the job

Couldn't dk without my olive cutters, so handy, and I also had a problem a couple years after purchase and monument replaced free of charge, couldn't complain at all

I have an older version of these, the quality of the new ones doesn't seem as good as the my old set but I'm sure they will still do the job.

I've had these in 15mm and 22mm for several years now. They are a big timesaver, especially when changing rad valves.
I definitely prefer the older style moulders plastic handles though.

Don't know how I got by with out one. I've got the 10mm and the 15mm. Absolute must for any heating engineers

Great little tool, expensive for what it is, but it is a specialist tool appealing to a limited market.
Ideal for valve changes, these really make life easy, wouldn't be without mine

I got one of these in my blue box. Always just used a hack saw in past but these do save you time meaning they are worth the investment. Little chunky but carry them in my install tool bag so not a problem.

These make it a doddle to cut the olives, no more hack sawing and having to be careful not to damage the pipe

A great tool, massive life saver for swapping tad valves old for new etc or isolation valves only down side is it's quite expensive Considering a hacksaw does the same trick.

Grabbed these in my blue box, make olive removal a doddle and no risks of damaging the pipe. Have since gone on the get the 15mm version also

The best product I have ever brought, couldn't live with out them in my tool bag. I use the 15 and 22. I have found after a year the 1( is starting to struggling to cut olives. Not sure if it can be sharpend or if I need to replace it.

Easy to use and feels really well made. Not a tool i would use everyday but when needed it has never let me down, saved me alot of hassle today. Awkwardly positioned olive never had a chance

I've only just bought these after having another brands for years. Seems like a great piece of kit though - no damage to the pipework.

I bought the 15mm & 22mm olive cutters about a year ago. They are the best ones i have owned. Just bough the 10mm ones recently. Makes it so much easier and quicker.

What a fantastic well designe,d ergonomic, fit for purpose tool. A must for any plumbers/ engineers tool bag. The 22mm is great too

Brilliant tool, so much better then a hack saw or olive pullers and very easy to get on rad drops or any other pipe, cuts copper olives like butter, brass olives are a little more effort but still fairly easy. Feels a good quality tool that will last!

Very handy and time cutting tool although a little expensive for how often it's used, build quality is great good and solid ......................... Beats using a hacksaw any day and does not damage the pipework

We first used these about 15 years ago at British Gas and feel they are an amazing product and something every gas engineer should have in there tool box.

These are brilliant. Years without using them I don't know how I coped. I lost one set and had to go out that day to replace them. Fantastic tool.

Great tool. Works really well. I've used them loads when changing lockshields and trvs. I've tried many different olive cutters and these are far superior so i have them in 8mm, 10mm, 15mm and 22mm

After using the rothenberger olive cutter I found that I had to some times over tighten to remove olive resulting in damage to the pipe, but since using he monument olive cutter I have never had that problem as it simple and easy to use with no issue with damage to pipes. Great item I have in my tool box all the time when fitting bathrooms and kitchens.
