Nerrad Tools FIREJET Blow Torch NTFJ500

I was quite excited to get this and remained so for at least a fortnight. however, nozzle broke and ignitor broke on the replacement one that I got. Nerrard appear to know that they have an issue but don't do anything about it. so carry your old rothenberger as back up

This is the worst torch that i have had only used about 4 times then it started leaking out the handle . Poor quality and brand back up not a great product

I did love this product but the first one became loose and dangerous I took it to the trade show and they swap it for free then second one has lasted about a year now and that’s with me press fit also so overall disappointed in the item

Really poor poor torch.
Over priced for something that breaks every 2 minutes. Ignition lead a big problem and should be taken off the shelves until the problems fixed

Poor standard of blow torch great gimmick the torch doesn’t get hot but mine lasted a week when the ignition lead came lose and wouldn’t light wouldn’t buy again stick to rothenberger torches

So disappointed in this product, looked like a great idea but using it just seems to take longer to get the job done, the buttons started to stop working after a few weeks and slowly started to wobble and fall apart. I infored my nerad rep and he has replaced the torch but I'm yet to unpack it as I had to buy a new rofy fire torch.

Was very disappointed with this as have always had a super fire. My merchants recommend I try this as they was the 'bees knees' 2 days later and mine wouldn't work. Merchants apparently couldn't get a replacement from nerrad and weren't returning their calls. I even spoke to a rep but he didn't deal with my area. Merchants swapped for a super fire 2, and took all the nerrad tools of the shelf as the poor service hey had. I was 1 of 5 who had a faulty torch. They only sold 5

Been using one of these torches for awhile now. Must have one of the updated ones as I love this. Never had any problems with it and it has some nice design features. Had to bin my last two super fire torches due to the threads striping and preventing them connecting to the gas bottle. Hopefully this is not an issue with this torch as it has a replaceable brass connection.

Purchased this from Plumbcentre 1st impression was a quality torch however had an issue with the being unstable and ignition. Returned and stuck with super fire 2

Put mine in the bin the button that keeps the flame on seized had high hope for this blow lamp aswell

I wanted to love this torch but it countless problems with ignition and gas escaping from places it shouldn't.

I'm useing the 3rd version of this torch, seems like Nerrad have addressed all the issues. I must say the back up service from Nerrad was exceptional...

I have the new model, great torch, initially had issues with flame fluctuating but turned out to be poor quality gas I was using

Very good price. End does not heat up so no more accidental burns when torch falls. Very strong build quality. Only down point would be the flame could do with being more accurate

Really comfy in the hand and the stay cool tip works well
