Nerrad Tools Tapex Kit

I put off buying this kit for ages but eventually had to take the plunge. The only downsides as in build quality is the ratchet at the directional switch is too loose and I always seem to disengage the ratchet when I'm in tight spaces. Also, I believe it could have been lighter to manouvere. Is it worth the outlay of money?? Simple answer is No in my opinion

Fantastic kit for changing taps, mss as Lea the job much easier. Has all common back nut sizes & a range of attachments to access those hard to reach places.

Very expensive. But well worth it. Much easier than a box spanner in some instances. But don’t Chuck the box spanner’s just yet.

Versatile and with an extending ratchet and extendable extension ...(tad redundant) it’ll get pretty much anywhere.

Good selection of sizes for pretty much all taps and a manual offset for a few trickier ones.

I wouldn't change a tap without this set now,,,, very very useful on kitchen taps,,,I won't say it makes a difficult job easy just easier,, but it will make previously impossible jobs possible.
Not a cheap set but will earn it's keep from the first time you use,,a must in every plumbers van

When you first look at the price you think all that for taps. However having purchased one of these and the time saved reading taps it has already paid for itself. It can reach into the most inaccessible places and allows you to tighten connections with ease. They say the proof is in the pudding, we'll I have shown the benefits of this wonder tool to two other plumbers both prior to seeing it were not sure it was worth the cost. However both have now purchased one and both agree the time and effort saved has paid for itself. Plus no more bruised knuckles

If you fit taps I think this is the kit to have well made so easy to use the only downside I have came across is that the long reach small sockets do not have a big enough hole in the center

As others have said a bit pricey but definitely worth getting, I have used cheaper versions and the tapex kit is the one to get you will not be disappointed

Expensive yes! But this tool pays for itself tenfold, if you are replacing a lot of taps this kit has the time saving you need to get in and out of the job, I’ve had it over a year now and would be without it.
