A very good all round band for cable runs and supporting accessories etc in various applications.
Robust and easy to use. Cut to required length and screw through. Very simple to use and many applications.
A must have on the van. Painted just looks better.

Can you call yourself a spark if you don't have a roll of band in the toolbag, so many uses and can pull you out of a hole.
Very handy when you need to secure cable, especially as it meets requirements for fire rating

All round band is always something that should be kept in the van. The plastic coated stuff is much better than standard galvanized, use it for securing cables above ceilings etc to comply with fire regs.

With fire regulations becoming more prominent this banding is starting to come into its own. With longer runs you can fit cheap copex over it to allow for a smooth pull through and the cables won't get snagged. This is also helpful for fitting inside trunking to help retain cables in an event of a fire.
