Decent enough. Well shaped handle for easy work and lasts reasonably well.
Good for flaking off paint cleaning threads and heads of items inconveniently painted over or rusty.

Great for cleaning down flaky paint or removing light rust. Also good for cleaning down welds but it doesn't like too much heat, the handles don't take much abuse.

These are not bad for the money, so don't expect too much from it though. They work well as a cleaning brush with solvent, but for steel or similar they won't do much damage. Obviously not meant for that, but you know how it is.
