Never owned any other brick hammer so nothing to compare to. Having used this hammer I don't know why I didn't get one sooner. Makes chipping away at a brick or just plain cracking one in half so much easier than using a chisel and lump hammer. No more missing the chisel and taking a finger with it! Weight is comfortable and not much vibration feel when using. Good value.
