This is probably the only Salamander pump that I’ve ever had problems with. Both times I’ve installed it, the pump has failed on the customer after 12 months. To be fair salamander have replaced it both times, but just a bit annoying having to replace them

A very well built piece pump that does what it says on the tin. Easy to install and yes can be noisy, but no more than any other pump I’ve fitted. However pay attention to how the pump should be installed. Do not assume it’s just a straight swap over. Most pumps that need replacing have never been installed as per the manufacturers instructions in the first instance. So when you do install one, make sure the piping arrangements are correct. Because if they aren’t ? And an engineer is called to site by the manufacturer. Not only will you be charged a call out, but your warranty on the pump will be void. Resulting in a very unhappy customer.

I have used this pump on a few occasions and have not had a problem , little bit noisy if I'm honest . Feels like a good solid pump

Straight forward to fit. Clear in and out arrows on the brass casing. Flexis make for easy fitting.
Feels pretty solid. like that its all brass.
Seem quite expensive but hope this is reflected in its quality.
customer is very pleased with it. Its resonably quiet. and alot quieter than her old pump.
