Review for Salamander Pumps CT Force 30TU by ADOGAS

A very well built piece pump that does what it says on the tin. Easy to install and yes can be noisy, but no more than any other pump I’ve fitted. However pay attention to how the pump should be installed. Do not assume it’s just a straight swap over. Most pumps that need replacing have never been installed as per the manufacturers instructions in the first instance. So when you do install one, make sure the piping arrangements are correct. Because if they aren’t ? And an engineer is called to site by the manufacturer. Not only will you be charged a call out, but your warranty on the pump will be void. Resulting in a very unhappy customer.

I have used this pump on a few occasions and have not had a problem , little bit noisy if I'm honest . Feels like a good solid pump

Straight forward to fit. Clear in and out arrows on the brass casing. Flexis make for easy fitting. Feels pretty solid. like that its all brass. Seem quite expensive but hope this is reflected in its quality. customer is very pleased with it. Its resonably quiet. and alot quieter than her old pump.

I bought one of these pumps 1 1/2 years ago to boost the water pressure in my bathroom. I have an indirect hot water system and a cold water tank in the loft so when I installed a shower off the mixer tap in the bath it just didn’t work. I popped one of these pumps underneath the bathroom sink in the cupboard and installed a few pipes and hey presto everything worked and it was an easy job. We now have great water pressure in the bathroom, it fills the bath in 1/3 of the time that it used to and we have a large rainwater shower-head that has great water pressure to. It’s certainly not silent but it’s no where near as loud as a lot of the competitors. I would definitely recommend Salamander pumps.

I've installed a few of these now mainly dual hot and cold booster pumps. Personally I have never had any problems but you must follow the installation instructions to prevent problems such as blade cavitation, sucking air, water starvation and not being primed. The supplied instructions are quite clear on this. I have found salamander customer service to be excellent when making enquiries about more complex technical installations in difficult locations regarding limited tank size, water hardness or softness etc.

Iv fitted a few of these now and haven't had a call back and the tenants are so chuffed when they get better water pressure my only complaint is it doesn't come with fitting to connect on to pipe work

A good quality pump for a reasonable price. Relatively quiet provided you install them correctly and very easy to install. Downside is if you have an issue and have to call customer care they expect you to pay a hefty fee before they will attend which will be refunded as and when they confirm the issue is with the product
