The Stanley FatMax® Extra Large Professional Organiser with a transparent polycarbonate lid that locks compartments in position for easy access. It has 14 removable storage cups for easy access and extra large storage capacity for small parts and accessories.

I use these for keeping all my kitchen fitting spares in. Nice deep, decent size inserts that can survive being kicked across a floor by accident.
The biggest down sides are it only having 2 latches and the flex in the lid.
It doesn't create the best seal on the inserts so small screws can end up becoming mixed : (
