Product Information: There are two different kinds of heat exchanger that can be installed, they are the primary heat exchanger and the secondary heat exchanger. The primary is present in almost all boilers and uses heat from the burner to raise the temperature of water within the system. The secondary heat exchanger is exclusive to combination boilers and allows the heat to be transferred between 2 closed systems.
This part is present in 3 different boilers in the Vaillant range including the Vaillant TURBOmax PLUS (2002-2008), VUW 362/2-5 R3 , VUW 362/2-5 R3 .
