VAN VAULT TUBE 165

Brilliant bit of kit, that I use for storage all the time for copper pipe but also things like waste pipe angle beads, trims etc. saves stuff from getting damaged floating around the van.

Really nice to have on the van for space saving and ease of life. Build quality and ease of install is also good just make sure not to put any off cuts inside otherwise you’ll never see them again!

Very handy to have on the van, keeps all the trunking out of the way. Build quality is good, keeps everything dry and clean. Does the job well.

Good value for money, tube is sturdy and good in all weather. Plenty space inside woukd definitely recommend for those needing more storage for pupeeotl, ironworks et.

Have 2 on the van at the moment, really easy to fit and having lost my keys, a quick call to the customer service desk and email proof of purchase, a new set of keys arrived days later. Good solid construction, no water ingress and no damage to trunking and conduit inside.

Great for storing metallic pipe , but you need a separate pipe for pvc pipework or a 2nd compartment tube would be great. Other than that price is reasonable and build quality is and easy to install

This is so easy to install, the kit contains a pack of sliders where you can fit the brackets to any type of roof bar system. The only downside is for electricians it could do with being lined with plastic vs the aluminium as if you leave pvc trunking / conduit in it does mark easily. But for stuff like uni strut and threaded rod etc it’s brilliant.

Nice bit of kit. Strong, easy to install and the quality is great. I’ve had mine in the van for over a year and it looked just as new as the day I got it. Hinges lift up just as easy. They supply 2 van vault padlocks which are brilliant and feel very strong and secure.

well what can I say about Van vault it does the job holds all my copper piping and waste pipes good build quality and it's handy that you can open it either end

Quiet expensive than the other brands, but a good solid tube, holds all my conduit no problem,also the noise level is very quiet, locking system is nice and easy

Had a few of these over the years and generally they’ve been good. But with the massive upturn in van/tool theft they aren’t reliable enough to stop thieves getting the copper pipe. Had locks broken numerous times and now have the copper in the van. Good for non valuable items like plastic pipe or trunking but I wouldn’t feel safe leaving copper in them

Great little tube rack. Especially on smaller vehicles. Easy to install and you can pack a fair bit inside. And at the price? If you needed more space? Then pop another one on. Simple, cheap and well made. Looks great on the van. What’s not to like.

Find the pipe tube carrying capacity very versatile from copper to plastic The older version security was a bit crap to be fair but the new version has a bit better security but don’t leave copper pipe in overnight be gone in the morning

Great addition to the roof of the van. Easy to acccess and use and will hold a very wide verity or pipe conduit trunking etc and nice and secure.

Got one of these on the van, intend on getting another. Great for trunking and tube. Makes the inside of the van look so much more organised

Well built product just like the rest in the range. I have one on my van and it’s great for conduit and plastic trunking. Worth noting that if it needs to be kept clean you should buy the one with the inner lining

A no brainer must have if your carrying tubing. Solid build quality and fits perfect with supplied fixings. The keyed alike padlocks are very handy too. Carries a decent load of copper and plastic tubing

I have a couple of these and they do get used for everything not just copper pipe,
We use one for Upvc trims etc, keeps them clean and safe, we have also sign written them with our web site,

A bit pricey but worth it. Really handy for lengths of trunking and pipe that won't fit in the van!
Could do with a more sturdy lock mechanism/end cap as can easily be broken into.
The non-lined tube marks conduit and pipe easily so worth spending on the lined one.
Piece of kit most definitely worth having!

Had mine on my last van until I got my new van that fits the 3 meters under the seat but it would not lived with out my tube best one on the market

I wouldn’t be able to operate without the pipe tube, I purchased the non lined one for copper piping, but I have noticed whilst storing overflow pipe or conduit it marks real easy, so if you can spend out a few more quid for the lined one.

Not really much to comment on these really, its a fair size to accommodate a selection of pipes and trunking. One thing I would recommend is going for a plastic lined tube if you carry waste pipes or trunking etc as tho save it getting marked.

good price, good lock, easy to fit, strong and holds your pipe like it says... I can't say it is better than the rest as it is literally just a tube but I've never had a problem

Strong and safe place to store pipe. Every van needs a pipe tube and van vault provide a good one. Easy enough to install and its lightweight too. Comes with a padlock standard and does the job, more advanced one maybe needed on smaller vans.

Good pipe carrier and can fit a bundle of 22mm and 15mm copper in.
The lock isn’t that sturdy and I have had this broken into whilst locked.

I only have the build quilty a 4 because the padlock you get with it are crap didn't have mine long and they rusted up and wouldn't work, but the tune it self is good doesn't work well On the ford custom folding roof rack thou with I don't think many would as to the design of the roof rack! And the only othe think is put little of carpet in it so if the pipe are banging about while your driving it quitens it down a lot

Strong and safe. Good length for pipework and easy to install. All Vans need a pipe carrier. Not sure what else you can say about it!

A must for any plumber or electrician makes it real easy when having to pick up tube, trunking, pipe etc in 3m lengths, pretty straight forward to fit lots of places stock these now but do a bit of shopping around as you may save quite a bit doing so!

Excellent bit of kit had two on the last van, can get loads of pipe in and they are hard to break into. Some pleasant person tried to get into mine I think with a crowbar they managed to bend some of the metal out of shape holding the lock down but they didn't get my pipe
