ATAG iC Combination Boiler

wow!!! These boilers are by far the best on the market. From 10 year warranty out of the box, to lifetime guarentee on the main heat exchanger. 99% of parts are all steel/brass so much less likely to fail. The ease of maintenance is is easier than any other boiler we've worked on. i am well impressed with these. so this is the only option my customers are hoing to get now.

If my customer is looking for a high end boiler this is my recommendation. The build quality is one of the best on the market and with its incredible efficency rating and competitive price it is a boiler I will be fitting for a long time.

Great boiler and after care. One of the most efficient boiler on the market. One of the premium boilers we install obviously premium boiler comes at a premium price. Prices around the vaillant price bracket. Also they only sell to gas safe registered engineers which is a big thumbs up from me. Wish all companies did this.

Can't knock it it is a great bit of kit . Bit on the large size is its only issue . Other than that it works well can't go wrong

Just been made an ATAG approved installer I was well impressed with the build of the boiler and the built in flue heat recovery system is a bonus and the smart stat is useful with the remote diagnosis will be recommending these boiler a lot more now

Not fitted one since becoming self employed, but the last one I did fit was simple and the customer was over the moon with it.

These boiler are built to a very high standard. Very easy to use and reliable which is essential for any customer. Together with the One controller makes these a rival for any manufacturer.

Just started fitting these after servicing the commercial sized boilers.
Boilers are of a good build quality and the reps will bend over backwards to help you.
Comes with good warranty and a good price.

They also only sell to gas engineers which how it should be.

I've fitted 5 of these boilers and the whole process is great. Pre 10am delivery to me or my customer. Ease of fitting, after sale support from both the rep and the office and to top it off the build quality. The only issue I've had of the installs I've done is a defective time clock which was replaced immediately no messing around.

Fitted my first one of these the other day!! Great bit of kit!! And the jig makes install very easy! Love the Atag one controls to go with it and found the support from my local rep brilliant!

Love these boilers. I’ve fitted most brands of boilers and I’m yet to find one that ticks as many boxes as the ATAG boilers.
The build quality is superb and is easily stripped down for maintenance. Customer service is great and after speaking to their engineers, you can tell they have really thought about the design and service.
Robust heat exchanger, opentherm compatible, smart diagnosis and maintenance with one controller.
Thes are my first choice of boiler.

Have been fitting atag brand for a while is a engineers boiler hot water great for a combination boiler great value for money with ten year warranty

Having fitted five of these boilers now I rate them very highly. The only ting that lets them down is allowing for clearance for the front display cover. Love how the jig and expansion vessel are separate so it makes ease of lifting on the boiler, especially in awkward lifts.

This is a great product but room for improvement, I love fitting them because of the jig and gas tolerances. They look nice but the main screen and buttons look dated. After care and reps are great and I can see a bright future for atag

After fitting few of these. I only receive positive feedback about the hot water flow rate and demand

Excellent boilers and I love the fact only gas engineers n buy them. The one controller is affordable yet easy to use.

I personally think ATAG are the best all round boiler brand, with larger brands the installer gets lost amongst figures and targets. I seem to get a more personal touch with the ATAG staff! As for the boiler i have sold a few now. And all customers seem to be very happy. Build quality is amazing!

An extremely well built boiler. Also awesome backup from both over the phone and from the tpm. The economiser version performs brilliantly for domestic hot water outputs.

Excellent boiler, weather comp as standard, economiser range also has built in passive flue heat recovery. Very quiet when running and easy to install. Pipework can be run behind the boiler jig if required. Not a cheap boiler but worth it compared to other brands. One controller could be better though and not rely on external devices to change programmed times etc.

Brilliant boiler. I've had an issue with delivery in the past but it was rectified within 2 hours. A member af the atag team personally handed me the replacement part. Who else would give service like that. Also to better that service the MD personally called me to apologise. Top boiler.

Fitted around 20 of these boilers now and I must say I am very impressed with the build quality and ease of installation. There is a few points that I would probably change but they are not majors. Any design changes or improvements are quickly implemented and the team are always willing to listen and help.

This boiler has to be the easiest to fit with its boiler jig that comes with the boiler it's also packed with great design which saves customers on gas bills and also future repair as they're easy to use and work on

Fitted a few of these units now and is an absolute pleasure. So easy to work on for a full strip down service. The only issue was the first time setting up the One controller was a complete pain...

Fitted my first one a few months ago, fantastic product.
The one controller is a bit of a faff to get going but is decent enough when you do.
The heat exchanger is phenomenal arguably one of the best on the market. The boiler is very easy to strip down and work on. Definatly worth a look for any Heating engineer.

Easiest combi to install in my opinion the wall jog is fantastic and the performance is fantastic!

A quality high end product.the previous boiler was unable to handle the additional rads that had recently been added.ironically, would not have been required if the boiler was more efficient. My customers were highly demanding from the start.They checked out ATAG extensively and then they did a check on us.They sent me an email saying they were really enjoying the new boiler.Job done.

Took me a while to sell one as most customers around me all request a worcester. Have since fitted 4 and I love them. So easy to install and are built with the engineer in mind. Big positive is strictly selling to GSR engineers only, which I feel every manufacturer should adopt

Great boiler, customers still not really heard of them which can be an issue.

I usually offer these in place of Valliant as my premium brand.

Excellent build quality. Very easy to install. I would prefer a more intuitive display Iv never liked the whole hold x and y button for 6 seconds and hop on one leg to put into service mode but that's personal preference.

love these boilers economiser sell themselves once you highlight this to customer not such an easy sell on the standard combi as same price range as the worcester valiant and visseman but no customer has heard of them and get mixed up with the old comercial range that are going cheap on internet

Fit my first one last week and now it's my preferred boiler. Great value, great to work on, great efficiency. Also a fantastic idea to sell only to gas safe engineers, more manufactures should be looking at this.

Having gone from "I've never heard of them" to now which is completely the opposite, these are just awesome boilers & customers love them.
Having been massive in the commercial sector for over 30 years, they are now definitely making there mark in the consumer sector - and have been making boilers for over 60 odd years apparently.
They condense so much, make sure you have good drainage for them.
All brass & metal parts with total control over heat curves & setup etc being really easy. Can be remotely controlled with the permission of the owner and come with weather compensation outside stat as standard.
10 years warranty available & lifetime replacement guarantee on the heat exchanger - who else does that!!!!
I totally agree with their philosophy (big word for me!) to only supply boilers to Gas Safe registered installers and also only to selected - vetted - installers. This in itself tells you they take pride in their products & will not sell to anyone.
Try one, you will be pleasantly surprised & so will your customer........
