Bosch GKS 18V Circular Saw

Fantastic saw. Never let me down. Smooth and powerful cuts. I've had this saw now for about 3 years and it works very well. Easy to change the blades and gives very straight cuts.

I have just bought the larger blade one, cuts are perfect for Arris rail fencing rebates. Will cut for just about a days worth with two 4amphour batteries so can truly say it is an off grid workhorse very pleased

Great piece of kit,very powerful for the size,very easy to handle,for me far better than the dewalt,although when buying bare units,they do seem more expensive than makita and Dewalt

Love this little saw, and it’s surprisingly powerful for its size. Can get quite a few rips out of a fully charged battery, only downside is that it isn’t compatible with the FSN rail system, but I believe it’s slightly bigger sister is?!?

Really like this product, although abut annoyed that is doesn't come with rail compatability as standard like the G. I got it on the 2 for 1 deal so can't grumble. Product is great.

I don’t use this often but when I do it saves so much time! It’s great for cutting large dado trunking and wooden backing for DB’s etc, it carry’s so much power in a small light circular saw.

Got this as a reward from Bosch recently and is perfect for my uses (maybe overkill) as an electrician I’ve used it for odd bits and around the house. Works amazingly well.

Was a little nervous at first as had only used small jig saws before, needn't have worried, read easy to understand instructions before using, I'm a keen DIYer and wish I had purchased this tool years ago would have saved me so much time and energy. I can highly recommend it to any one

Had 3 of these now they work great
Only issue I've had is the plastic saftey cover snaps right where you lift it this is the only downfall and should be swapped to metal

Well built and is great for its mobility. I've only really used it to cut floorboards but never had any issues and it lasts a reasonable amount of time in between charges.

Bought this after cutting a solid wood door with a battery powered skill saw from competitor of Bosch wouldn't get job done. The corded Bosch went straight through with no overheating or stopping.

Had to ensure use of an RCD as it is corded. Better safe than sorry

Well recommended though bit pricey... If you can find it under £149 you're doing better than us.

All in all worth buying should last long time.

Weight and handle are spot on,the cutting power is great,I cut through some oak and it never surrendered once,battery last quite well for a circular saw

Great tool, good value, has plenty of power and is light weight enough for all day use.
Found by putting a thinner blade in the battery life is improved

Just got this and it dose for what I use it for i have had the dewalt one and the was just as good defo recommend cuts well

As I have a couple of power tools from this company it just only right when upgrading my old kit that I brought this! Can't fault it one bit.

Great Saw, recently upgraded from Hitachi and can really feel the difference. Only had for 6 months so far but another great buy from Bosch. Feels very study and cuts great... as long as you don’t hit any nails!

Great make I have full range , I had to send my circular saw back the locking nut to tighten blade in had no slot in it for Allen key so no idea how they tightened it on , received back and great product cuts like a knife through butter

Much like the 110v version of this powerful circular saw, there is plenty of power and oomph behind this cordless number. It has plenty of run time of a decent size battery, and is as light weight as other brands. Vakue for money wise this saw is a must for most peoples kit.

Great saw. Being used by a plumber/heating engineer so definitely not being treated well and it stands up to punishment incredibly well and continues to cut straight.

Excellent build quality. Very easy to use and comes with a long cable which is handy. Not the cheapest circular saw but certainly not the most expensive.

As good a build quality as all my other Bosch power tools

Worth every penny , I use it with a 5amp battery so very powerful and battery lasts quite long in it . Fairly light, well made, good grip

I have a bit of 18v gear so brought this bear & having shopped around it was great value for money.
It's is easy to adjust the height & angles which is really useful for cutting floorboards etc.
The feel of it is solid & very robust & it makes light work of cutting floorboards to get our pipes in compared to the previous bulky 240v one we had.
It had made the job so much easier & quicker, a great investment......
