This is a great mitre saw. It cuts well and with accurate clean cuts. Very powerful and has no problem cutting through timber. Your able to angle the position of the cut so certainly makes a lot of jobs much easier. I would highly recommend this mitre saw.

Good little mitre saw this, use mine to do 1st fix and 2nd fix works all day long no problems. Makes life so much easier not having to plug a cable in, just run it straight off my battery’s. would definitely recommend though, to get at least 2 of the 54ah range so can have 1 charge and 1 in use at all times. It’s light and compact, fits smoothly onto the dewalt saw stand. Feels really good to use in hand and so quick and simple to set up. Would definitely recommend getting one. Cuts a treat.

Use this as my everyday chopsaw & it’s great especially when I’ve only got a few things to cut & haven’t got to worry about get the transformer out.
Have noticed a slight wobble in it recently but hoping this can be fixed. My flexvolt batteries last most the day on 1 battery.

Used this at work (one of the lads has got one not me). It’s brilliant. Solid build. Can drift ever so slightly on the down stroke.

One of the best things about this saw is the mains adapter you can purchase. Plugs into the battery slot and away you go.

I've had one of these for a while now and it has always proven great. On occasion I find the saw can move slightly as its lowered and sometimes takes out more of my line than I'd like, and the handle to lift the blade guard doesn't lift it quite enough when cutting large sections of wood. However its always had enough power and 2 x 9ah batteries will last a whole day cutting 6x2 to build a garage.

Hi Bought this a while ago and I use it pretty much every day. It's cheap to buy and it's got so much power behind it. I can't recommend it enough.

Bought this in my aim to go nearly fully cordless, it’s eminence. Had the corded version before, but this hands down has less play in the arm and a better build quality

Has anyone got one of these? Interested in the portability of them but don't want to spend if they're no good.

I have the Evo range from screwfix. It's an excellent tool for the price but I don't need to use it much

Answered on 9th June 2017 by Avantgarde Property Services

Hi,I have one. it is nt that heavy, you can carry it with one hand. Dewalt are bringing out an adaptor so you can power it up from the socket aswell as the battery. If you need a bigger model (305mm) dewalt will be bringing it out sometime this year.
